In this video, I toured Urban prime's 4 bedroom Semi Detached Duplex Luxurious Mansion that cost nothing when compared to other properties in the market.

I would like to see Lagos Island totally remade over and get rid of the shanty homes plus redo the mainland Lagos and that includes Ikeja and other parts of the mainland get rid of the overcrowded shanty houses and give people better houses citywide and statewide in Lagos and other cities in Nigeria!

It takes outside investors a long with Nigerian investors and that means Nigeria will have to stop depending on oil and start being like China and start manufacturing goods and exporting those goods be oil alone can't support over 200,000,000 people.

...and that's not a monster truck, that's a bulldozer, ke!? And did she just say that there..." is an extractor in the toilet..." that sounds painful. I like the fact that you can also make a library in your wine cellar. I particularly love the war room...it looks like an asylum for a small dwarf. I also like the private room that is just another living space for a family of four or three or two or one in a big semi-detach house. And very few people have terraces where a balcony should be, abi? I'll take it for 700000 Naira!

Here in America all the Kitchen are built in joining the living room and which make no sense. A real kitchen supposed to be a room itself and I like this very much. They’ll put a kitchen in the living room and still charge you for a full space price. Also why it’s not a good idea to have a built in kitchen in the living room, because the smell of the food surely will stay in the living room and make it smell like food. In African we don’t put kitchen in the living room that’s just how we build our houses. We live in big and better space.

Nice house filled with silly mistakes. Water heater shouldn't be in the toilet or Kitchen, but in a storage room. The door bel interface should be closer to the door. Washing Machine is poorly fix 7:36 look at the hole in the wall. The pipeline should be at the back of the washing machine. Is the machine meant for kitchen supply wash or for the whole house? If it's meant for the whole house is better to place it upstairs, because 95% of dirty things are upstairs. I love how they have place the A.C in the kitchen on top of a window. Will it not be better to open the window instead? Or place it some where else? The staircase is poorly design. Look at how she almost trip and fall 9:35. Places you shouldn't place a A.C is on top of the T.V. The A.C should be on top of the head bed instead.
Nigeria houses are never completed yet they will be quick to leave the site

Which bathroom did you have in the guest room? I only saw toilet and washing hand basin. Do you expect your guest to shower on top of the toilet? I am disappointed that with all the hype and space you have , a separate walk in shower space could not be created for the guest room. Please restructure that space. Guests ought to be treated well. Not crammed in one bathroom with shower place on or near the toilet with just a drain to show it’s a bathroom.
the Guest room has shower and toilet, but because of bad design you have to enter go to the toilet side close the door use the shower. 3:22 listen careful.
