this is great! a small detail i loved is how they blink which makes it a smooth transition to return to their idle animation. also the art style is really nice!

Face animation where it goes back to idle I'd just perfect and I think for dialogue part maybe better to do an animation or change poses a bit in this moment.
I wanted to make mark's sprite change too at first, but it turned out to be really hard to draw even 1 extra expression for a whole new character so- well ok i was just lazy to do that lol
