Have a look at re connecting the long cable 1 at the top positive and 1 at the bottom negative, it may draw from the power wall more evenly.

This batteries have an order to turn on, you first turn on the black button for all of them then you press only the master red sw for 2 seconds..I just learned from their support team

I see that after showing us the CASE Ground Screw & the Grounding Wire included with the BATTERY - that you never attached the GROUND Wire between your Batteries - WHY ?

when I put the protocol 51 pos 36 disengage.
did I reverse the communication cable and the same?

Hi, I have here in the UK 2x Voltcom E-BOX-48100R LFP battery's which I believe are the same but rebranded battery's. Voltercon Solar UK whom I purchased them from have been less than helpful when they found out I was using Growatt SPF 350 ES inverters which they do not sell. In short I need a communication cable from the inverters to the batterys can you help in any way.
