For first order rocket trooper, try to use the tri barrel launcher more often. Shoot twice with it then switch back to primary. Once the primary is almost overheated you can switch back to the tri barrel and it should’ve cooled itself off.

Too bad more guys weren't using the Sith Troopers, their best advantage is the surge ability, where every kill recovers a portion of their health as long as you focus down a target and keep up the chain, they can be hard to take down
