Highland Cathedral - Leonard Brown & His All Star Band

Leonard Brown & His All Star Band featuring Kyle Rowan on bagpipes perform a beautiful rendition of the hugely popular Highland Cathedral composed by Ulrich Roever and Michael Korb. Leonard Brown is a virtuoso accordionist and this track is taken from his double disc DVD "A Toast To Scotland". A Toast To Scotland has over two hours worth of footage covering Scotland's traditional music, culture and fabulous scenery. Interviews with Ian MacPhail, John Carmichael, Max Houliston and Derek Hamilton reminisce about the musicians of yesteryear discussing household names such as Jimmy Shand, Bobby MacLeod, Andrew Rankine, Lindsay Ross and Jim Johnstone to name but a few are featured in this wonderful tribute.
