I love brush videos. For me i mostly use natural hair for eyeshadow because its a total game changer, the blend you get is so good. I will still use synthetic. Rephr eye brushes are fantastic Sonia G, Wayne Goss and Chikuhodo. I prefer synthetic for my creams like BK beauty 101, 109 ,A506 are fantastic. IT cosmetics have some great brushes. Zoeva, Rare Beauty have a great foundation, concealer and cream blush brush. Sonia G made a fusion brush and the Lotus brush that is a mix of natural and synthetic hair and they are fantastic 👌 Smashbox box have some good brushes. I have some Morphe brushes, i do want to try the Morphe x Ariel brushes. Angie also makes some great brushes 😊

My favourite brushes are F.A.R.A.H. and I never hear anyone mention them (specifically the gold or midnight collections). Affordable but still super super soft for my sensitive skin!
I just got the BK Beauty Angie Hot and Flashy travel set for Christmas and I LOVE it. Amazing quality and all the brushes in the set are the perfect size and shape for my face. There are three individual eye brushes I have to call out too. One off amazon surprisingly. It is the tiniest most precise angled liner brush I own. It's from Bon-Cla called the fine angled eyeliner brush. The other two are from sigma. The E33 is the best crease brush/transition brush I own. Just the right density and springiness. The other is the E54 medium sweeper. It is almost as good as a finger for applying shimmer shades.
I have a range of brushes. I own all the BK beauty brushes except for the travel, singe face and eye brushes except the E06 and E07, blend bunny blending brush set, and other duos. I really like Real Techniques brush sets.
I am not really that into brushes. I am an artist, and I don’t spend a lot on my brushes because they get used and abused. Same with my makeup brushes. While I like the Singe brushes, the ones from Unearthly and What’s up beauty, I also use ones from Amazon. I just can’t justify the price of some of these brushes. I’ve had my Amazon ones for years and they hold up as well or better than other brands.

Hi Rachel. Maybe you can guilt me into washing my tons of brushes that are in need of major bathing. I have expensive brushes, but also have found that there are some great Elf brushes. The Alamar eye brushes look so nice. The BK Beauty 101 happens to be my favorite go to brushes. I have most of them, and they are al incredible. The Angie Kitten paw brush is a wonderful concealer brush. I tap my blush and bronzer. The Essence brush is so fluffy. The 109 BK Beauty is perfect for cream products. I have both the Elf and the It Cosmetics brush, and they're interchangeable. Thanks, Rachel. ❤

Loved hearing about the application techniques! 🤓 Sometimes, I'll use a fluffy eyeshadow blending brush for highlight and then buff it out with a face brush to control the amount of highlighter (and bc I have a tendency to have a tight grip/ heavy hand lol). Same thoughts on the elf dual sided brush! Also a big fan of their putty brush but for foundation

This was a great video idea and I thoroughly enjoyed it 👏 I agree that brushes can make or break the lewk. Most of my brushes are Morphe, but I get them in sets from tj maxx, on sale! And they usually come with a matching brush bag. The Nyane x Morphe brush collection and the holiday brushes that were blue sparkle handles with gold accent are quite small, and I feel the smaller the brush the better detail you can get so I love them. Wet n wild also makes fabulous brushes for the price, I picked them up at the dollar store when I first stated my makeup journey four years ago. And definitely agree that you can use brushes how you want, I use a fenty foundation brush to do my contour 👍🏽 happy to have discovered your channel recently! 🤩 also noticed recently that all my brushes are basically not vegan which I will consider when buying in the future 🤔 (: oh and I use elf brushes for the face mostly, including their blush and highlight brush. Anddd I so agree that some small angled liner brushes start spreading out and lose their detail ability ! You hit so many marks with this video! 👏 okay the rambling is real with me, I also use the rare beauty concealer brush and their liquid eyeshadow brush for respective products and the half magic beauty liner brush is so cool becuase it retracts! Okay I'm done 😅😂 this video spoke to me! Haha

I got my first sigma set this year when they did the big clearance and honestly not as good as I thought some of them are really good but others I'm like okay this looks like a cheap brush I have BH brushes I also got the first bundle of Angelica brush set that she first released I like those but honestly I always find myself reaching for either of those ones or the BH ones inform my face I have a sigma brush I have so many brushes that I don't use why am I hurting them I am not a beauty channel oh yes because I don't ever clean my brushes so every time I see a new BH that t.j.Maxx i scoop it up
