I hope you enjoyed! This was captured on the 24th November, a few days ago. I need some time to put everything together and I'm in Val Thorens now.

Pretty good conditions for being this early in the season. The runs are not much as far as length, buy hey, as a starter to get your "skiing legs" worn in for this upcoming season, all's good.

Hi Jimmy, the snow has been remarkably good but obviously limited access within the resorts.. I've just skied the weekend in Val Thoren with about 80% of the resort open and fresh snow so lots of new videos coming...

@@ChasingSnow I'm envious! I'm here in Kalispell Montana,USA and we have some snow but I'm not sure when the local ski area, Whitefish will open. It's also not that great of a mountain either. I've been to Switzerland twice for skiing and love it more than Colorado skiing. Anyhow, best wishes and keep the videos coming. Maybe I'll be able to go skiing in your area sometime in the future.

@@jimmydingo7138 At least you have a local ski area! Switzerland is still limited but Val Thorens is in France, though still part of the same Alps. Let me know if you even come this way.... The Dingo part sounds Australian...

What Gopro settings and editing techniques do you use? Your footage looks super crisp, well-colored, and incredible!

I'm on the GoPro HERO11 this season and I capture footage at 4K 60fps with the framerate at the highest. I set Horizon Leveling and use Hypersmooth-5.0 Boost. Unfortunately when I add the telemetry using VirbEdit, it can't do 60fps at 4K so it comes back to 30fps but again, I always have the settings at highest quality...

What telemetry do you add? Also the setting is linear + horizon leveling?

    • @ChasingSnow

@@0xCUBE Yes, Linear + Horizon Leveling.... It's the software that adds the telemetry guages after reading the GPS data. You can extract your GPS data using this site... goprotelemetryextractor.com/free/#

Bring your own sandwiches - the restaurant burned down recently.
