Excellent floor plan. I love that it's not the average cookie cutter lay out that these homes have. Very brautiful.
I love this floor plan! Every section of the kitchen and pantry is perfect. The dining is a little tight, but very doable.
I like this home. It has enough space for me and my family. And it's a very classy.The Willow Oak 176k isn't too bad!
I love this floor plan!!! For me a foyer and living room fireplace are a must. The kitchen peninsula is a great casual eating space; keeping the dining room separate and special. Nice large windows in the kitchen. The pantries and utility room are so functional with nice freezer space. I would option for an open and close window in the master water closet. Super features throught the home. 'Shout Out' toTimber Creek for having thoughtful designers!!!
Love this home and floorplan! Really like the seperation of the dining room from the kitchen, and I love the foyer! I would just want carpeted bedrooms, and eliminate the front facade transom window! Another fine tour, thanks Nate!

I like this floor plan. I really like the big pantry but would definitely get rid of the tub in the primary bathroom.
Like this one. Like the separation in the kitchen and living room. The only thing I would change if you can, is a smaller kitchen window and put upper cabinets.

Hello Nate! Good video. I do not like the Dining Room away from the Kitchen like that. They need to change the Dining Room and the Foyer around. But I don't imagine that's an option, so I won't even go with any other changes. Without that one, I don't think I'd be interested in this house. Still a good video though. God bless y'all.

It's a nice home, but why did Timber Creek make the dining room so far from the kitchen and leave the marriage line showing on the floor? Doesn't make sense to me. Otherwise this home would be great.
That is nice but the partition between the kitchen and the dining side look very temporary if that makes sense. It's like an after thought. Also the strip down the marriage line looks awful and I'd be tripping over it constantly because I have mobility issues and just think if someone was in a wheelchair, I scoot around on a beauticians stool on wheels, I'd never get over that I'd be plopping on the floor every time I went to the living room 😅. I always thought they were just temporary in the show home and they would finish the floor when they delivered it. The bedrooms are nice and bathrooms, but I don't want a window that doesn't open unless I'm in prison, (I haven't ever been to prison! ) it gives me a locked in vibe if they don't open. The pantry area is great 😊
There are other flooring options that you get that will eliminate that strip. They just cost more.

This home has pluses and minuses for me.
I'm used to walking into the living room immediately, so that dodoesn't bother me. I would prefer the TV to be on a wall instead of above a fireplace. I would prefer a gas fireplace with a different stone facing.
While I do like having a dedicated dining area, I don't like it so far away from the kitchen. I am not crazy about the kitchen itself. I would prefer the windows open for fresh air and possibly venting what might be burned. It doesn't have a good work triangle layout and really isn't ideal for multiple cooks in the kitchen either. Additionally, the brick back splash by the kitchen is not a good choice. Yes, it looks good, but the texture is not ideal to be near a cooking surface because it would be harder to keep cleaned..
I DO like the utility room and the butler's pantry area.
I'm not crazy about the location of the sockets in the secondary bedrooms. Why put one on each side of the window where you can't really put furniture, but only one on the long walls where you can? And what's up with putting one behind the door? Poor planning on that one.
I like the master bedroom and bath overall, but I would prefer the windows to open.

Strange layout. I don't like the placement of the dining room; it's too far from the kitchen. I love the large pantry, but the kitchen is narrow and cramped. Nice utility room. The best parts of this home are the master bedroom, bathroom, and closet. I like that there are no wire racks in the closets.
Do not like the layout of the kitchen and dining room. Maybe a better layout would be the dining room where part of the living room is and extend the living room into the area that was the dining room.
