I am so sorry to for your loss Jen. Sending a hug and may the beautiful memories bring you joy.. Thank you for sharing and you are in our thoughts and prayers,
Someone told me once that losing someone is difficult because you lose the part of you that they brought out. So true. I was really close to my grandmother. She died in 2017 but I still think about her daily because a part of me that represents her surfaces almost everyday. There are days when it makes me cry and days when it makes me smile/laugh. But with both, our connection endures. Sending comforting thoughts your way.
First, condolences to Jennifer. Losing both a parent and a beloved pet does make life hard. Amazing you're back already... Be kind to yourself. ❤❤ Second, Bella is amazing, she found a mistake in my order and called me to confirm I ordered correctly! That was above and beyond! Very appreciated! Lastly, I've seen the Hoodola and am excited to join the make along, got the pattern tonight, now for the yarn!!
Sending caring thoughts for the loss of your mom. I lost my mom 7 years ago - take time to grieve and sit with her beautiful memories. Her service sounded amazing. All the best to both of you from a friend in Oregon.
So lovely to have you back. Oh, what a couple of months it’s been…. As I shed tears along with you both, especially you, Jen, my wish is that you both know just how valued you are, how you’ve touched so many lives. You’ve created a great community through the store and your team, and I want to thank you for that. Be well……now, which KAL should I join???
It sounds as if your mother’s service was beautiful. I lost my favorite uncle in October after he went into the hospital in August. You are both so right when you say that those we care about are the most important thing❤
I'm so sorry for your loss. Seeing your closeness as friends supporting each other through life's tribulations is really moving. Thanks for sharing. Take good care of yourself Jen.
thank you for taking the time to share your projects, i really enjoy seeing your work. you got me laughing when the lights go out. reminded me of when i was angry at work, i'd take my knitting bag into the bathroom to hide and knit so i'd calm down, i knew i'd spent too long in there when the lights went out! after seeing your out takes, i'm sorry to see you're in pain. sending hugs and best wishes for healing. perhaps during the year you could do interviews with your yarn reps, the creatives behind the trunk shows, and other fiber folks to plug in when you need time off. but i highly support taking the holidays off and would love it, rather than know you're overwhelmed. we'll all be here for you when you're ready
Great to have you back! Thank you for your vulnerability and authenticity. ❤
Had to work up to it…sharing sadness is hard ❤
