just hook the negative cable to the suitecase and the positive to ground piece to be welded nd the sensor cable will be attached to the work piece too 6:28
I have a sa250 diesel and a thermal arc wire feeder with flux wire do a set my lines on reverse polarity or just straight like if I would be welding with rods
Very nice, I thought it had to have a special attachment to run wire feeder. I got a sa 200 and friend has same wire feeder, i may need to try it out someday. Another friend use to run a LN-25 off his 200D and loved it.
Nice i wanted to see how the 12vs would run I should be getting one for my 81 blackface. What tig machine would you recommend to use off the blackface?
I understand this video is somewhere in the ball park of two years old but I am hoping that you respond to this comment. How do you go about bidding for work in your area?
Answer me a question I run lincoln engine drives for the small frame machines it seems like a lot of people buy Miller's is there a specific reason for this the Miller's I've ran engine drive or shop have kinda sucked
Brother my suggestion would be the Trailblazer 325, or 300pro. Also i've had very good success running the 302d, its sturdy and powerful and small. Now recently i've been trying the big blue 40d with a cat, burns rods like paper plates. I know you have to be quick and correct so i would stick with the 325 best bang for your buck and the small engine is super quiet.
Andrew Crews Dualshield will work fine with cc power source, I never tried gas less wire.As far as the contactor just keep it under 300 amps and you’ll be fine.
Theres no such thing as a single panel Redface. 1966 last year for the Redface. Or a Redface with a single panel front. That is a faked up blackface. At least it’s one of the older ones It even has an F-163 motor which is above and beyond a dead giveaway
NICE VIDEO BROTHER.
Thanks
I know this is a old video but can you show us how to hook up the power source

It,s a voltage sensing feeder. I ran an LN 25 off of my SA 200. Worked just fine with dual shield.

I have a miller 200le aead and i can run my lincoln le31mp multiprocess welder off its 115v 100hz outlet
Your miller has ac output
Does the Miller feeder plug into a 120 outlet in your garage to power the actual feeder itself?
Miller feeder on the Miller killer....
Why would you uphill hardwire?
On thicker stuff it penetrate better. That's a huge discussion if you Google vertical up vs down.
Slick red face what year is it
its a 68
I have the same wire feeder I run 30 lb spools of .035 fcaw it works nice

I have never seen an actual tig machine run off an SA200. But I do tig with my SA200 with a tig gun and argon gas.
i am gonna guess he means a hi frequency box for aluminum..

Miller is cheaper. I personally prefer Lincoln Rangers or Vantage multi process cc/c machines.
Your gonna Burn that reostat welding long periods at that setting might as well go to 190 and 80
Can you weld Sheetmetal with this setup? Whats the thinest metal you could mig with this?
1/8 to unlimited thickness
Pipeliner for life.

miller pipe pro will do every thing
Hunter Bratcher I ended up getting a vantage 300. Hopefully will work out for me.
good choice, the vantage is a great machine
I know there good for uphill stick, I did tons of x-ray pipe with them.
Can you run an LN 25 off an SA 200 or does it have to be the 12VS?
my understanding is yes
Yep, a ln 25 will work with a sa 200. Flux core or spray arc mig

And your still an ass hole?
So I take it you got the job?
Vantage 300 best on market
