tolerable script based on a Cornell Woolrich story (writing as Wm Irish) "And So to Death" - Woolrich is most famous for his story "It Had To Be Murder" which Alfred Hitchcock turned into "Rear Window"
Eddie Bracken is known as a light comedian in movies - he took up guest roles on TV in the latter part of his career - he is inadequate at the start of his broadcast - but when the story takes over - and William Conrad joins him as his detective brother-in-law - then he seems competent
