I may never have played Beta 1.7.3 but man is it just oozing with nostalgia! So when Spzi mixed nostalgia and the modern framework of Minecraft I knew I had to get my beloved machines working on this pack! So enjoy the culmination of a good few hours of work into making Create Mod work on Minecraft Beta 1.7.3

HOW TO:
1. Install Spzi's Beta Pack
2. Add Create Fabric, Crafttweaker, and Createtweaker mods
3. Run the game OR create a folder called scripts in the instance folder
4. Place my Createtweaker script in the scripts folder that you made or the pack autogenerated
5. Restart your world or run the command /reload

Create did add copper in 1.16, it might be worthwhile to port it. The ore was pretty cool, it was able to oxidize (veins in caves would have the visible blocks oxidized and the rest unoxidized), unique among all the copper ore blocks in mods at the time.
true!!! i'd love an addon that replaces modern copper with create's older copper just because of how much cooler it is
This needs some sort of programmer art texture pack for create cuz nornal create textures doesnt really work with programmer art textures
you could use create 0.3.2's textures on 0.5.1

fyi: Gregtech CEu Modern is a thing for 1.19 and 1.20 iirc, there's multiple packs out for it already, one of the ones that has Create integrated into it is called "GregTech:New Beginnings"

I’d love for someone to make a resource pack that programmer arts the textures and models to make it cohesive, beta minecraft has so much unique modding potential!

sorry for yelling but this is genuinely awesome
to make a modded texture pack, first convert the mod’s jar file to a zip by renaming it to .zip, extract it, open the assets subfolder of the extracted mod jar, then copy, in this case, the folder named “create”, to your resource pack’s assets folder, then edit it as you would vanilla mc textures

That "beta" world generation looks iffy. Not like i remembered it (i never played beta actually)
The look is pretty close, although it's a bit hard to remember exactly after all these years. Before beta 1.8 there were two types of seeds. One would always spawn at 0, 0 and one would always be wildly random. Fun times :)
looks like it's just been extended to use the height better, Since I did check both out for my world, with another mod, the proper vanilla 1.7.3 gen one doesn't use height as much as the new one, I think part of the issue with the new generation there is the biomes are just too big in terms of size whilst vanilla 1.7.3 gen lacks height and support for modern Biomes.
