An... interesting attempt to "modernize" Ray's sound. It is VERY 1993, hasn't aged that well but is catchy. The "My World" album is worth it if only for "Song For You" & "If I Could"- two of Ray's best latter day ballad performances. Astounding.
I don't mind this song but I completely agree with you that the two other songs you mentioned are stunning with intense emotional yearning. I wish A Song for You was on ypoutube in higher definition than what we have. I think you have great taste.
