Here in The Netherlands such vehicles either are in red (fire brigade) or in green with bleu striping, the color for the other united services. However the application of this green color only started a few years ago first.
Moulton's Aerial Rescue Pump was on their way within the set parameters of the initial assistance message. Whilst it may be beneficial to have two appliances at The Mounts at times, the is nowhere near enough demand for that costly change to take place.

Money should never be a problem on the service as many years ago that station was full
The JCU is not solely used for the Fire Service, other services also have access to this vehicle Hence the word "Joint" therefore it won’t be painted red.
