Stunning car. The best of all almost after 30 yrs. You have really good taste Congrats to have both this and lm and also the 1 12 pma!!! Incredibile collection!!!
The four must for me to buy a model car has to be #1 diecast #2 highly detailed #3 all openable panels if not most and # 4 working suspension and the autoart mclaren f1 is one of very few models that has all 4 of this features 10out10 for this model
I collect cars just based on the ones I adore, from super and hyper cars, to F1 and Racing Prototype cars. The McLaren F1 is one of my all time favourite super/hyper cars, only behind the Carrera GT, SLR McLaren and the Lexus LFA. I got 2 of these from AutoART (CGT and LFA) and a very special SLR from CMC which is now going for over 1.000$ on ebay. I also am proud to have a BBR Enzo on my collection that I was able to get for not even 300$ a couple or so years ago on ebay from a guy on Japan that accepeted my offer. But I am probably never gonna get my hands on this high detailed model of the F1, which is one of my biggest priorities when collecting these cars. I go by: 1. Cars I love. 2. 1/18 size. 3. Detail. I don't mind the materials they are made from as long as they tick these 3 boxes (unless they are literal cheap plastic or paper or something lol, which is not the case for most brands), I also don't care if they are sealed since I only have them for display on an enclosed glass exhibitor which I only open to clean from time to time, so I am not bothered at all by not being capable of opening the doors, hood, etc. And the sealed cars also don't show as much of the gaps between panels, which is why I decided to buy an F40 and F50 from KK scaling which are very detailed despite the average quality they are made off and being sealed, but on a closed exhibitor, they look as good as any other premium brand really and are very cheap in comparison. I have a Minichamps Orange McLaren F1, which is quite detailed itself (was made when Minichamps was still a great premium brand IIRC), but it still doesn't quite match this AutoArt one.
Hi Vitor thanks for the comment you have a awesome collection some really rare and expensive models I’ve been trying to get the cmc SLR for years but every time one comes up it’s so expensive and always go above what I’m willing to pay but I definitely have my eyes on it for this year and the BBR Enzo the diecast one fully opening is one of the best models you can get to got the red and black version for about £300 a couple of years ago and they have shot up in value and I think will continue to do so. I’m the same I collect cars I love and ones I would buy in real life - any questions or topics you want me to cover let me know thanks and please subscribe for more videos to come soon thanks 👍👍
@@CarsWithHNK I have subscriped yes, you have an amazing attention to catch even the smallest of details in these miniature car models. You are probably more into this "world" (in the miniature car game) than me, but one car I am insanely fond of that I would like to have on my collection is a Blue with White Stripes Dodger Viper GTS (1996-2002). But unfortunately, the only models I've seen from this car are a low-budget full of gaps Burago one, and one from GT Spirit, which while much better than the Burago version, it has a few things wrong about it. Do you have any idea of this model in a more premium brand? I've searched everywhere and couldn't find it. AutoART has a Viper GTS-R but it's the racing version with liveries, I really wanted the road car and in that specific color scheme (blue w/white stripes). It would be the only American road car in my collection alongside the AutoART Ford GT (2005). If the GT Spirit is really the best around, then I guess I have to go for it thenm but I figure I would ask someone who's far more knowledgeable about this than me.
@@grimm6jack thank you very much very rare car the AUTOart dodge but it’s a great model I have the Maisto dodge with is good and would recommend maybe kyosho might do a more premium model but it’s a rare make of car 👍👍
Hi Anthony yes sliver was my first choice but they are so so rare in general let alone finding one in my preferred color, this black does have a good metallic finish but I agree with you the F1 LM is awesome 👍
@@CarsWithHNK I was fortunate to get the the platinum silver one which is more like a baige color which is the color I wanted but the black one does not look bad at all
Hello Hank? Great video. Looks like I Will hopefully be getting the exoto r90 what are you're thoughts on doing a comparison review with the Zonda r . would I get it back if I sent it to you later on? This is Russ Sherry.
I would really love to afford one. but 1000€ is not cheap. I wish the LCD model will be released someday too, but looks like it's not gonna happen anytime in the future.
Hi Eric yes these models are quite expensive now not sure if they’re worth the 1000€ mark think they are only listed for that due to their rarity but I hope LCD will release it to will be good to compare 👍👍
@@CarsWithHNK I'm afraid some of them are really sold for 1000$, sometime more :( I've contacted LCD about this, but they didn't reply... it was almost ready 2 years ago, so... I think we must expect it won't be ever released :(
@@ericseven711 bit of a shame really they are very good any suggestions or models you want to see in more details please do let me know & please subscribe for more videos thanks 👍
I need a professional's opinion, Is this exact one worth €450 ? The seller mentioned that the box is not in perfect condition, so are the booklets, but imo it's a fair price for in my country. What do you think sir ?
Hi it’s not a bad price I paid more for this model! If the model is in good condition it’s a good price the most important piece of paper is the certificate of authenticity if that comes with it and it’s in condition then it’s good? Let me know keen to see thanks

Hi yes that is certainly what I look for as well along with exclusivity but the McLaren F1 and F1 LM by AA definitely ticks all those boxes 👍👍
Beautiful video enjoyed full watch cheers KC Tasmania Australia 🇦🇺🇦🇺🤝🇬🇧🇬🇧😎🙂👍
Thank you very much 👍
Nice F1
Hi thanks very much it’s one of my favorites 👍
glad i got this on release, the pricing now is ridiculously stupid
Yes very true very silly prices now

Absolutely stunning model! Very nice review👌
Hi YRN thank you very much - La Voiture Noire is next 👍
The LM to the left is where it's at. Love that car!
Black isn't the most interesting color on a standard F1.

The paint work is very good shows the lines of the model really well 👍
I would love to see the McLaren comparison as I only have the LM.
Hi Manveer I have a AUTOart vs Minichamps McLaren F1 and F1 vs F1 Lm video planned soon 👍

Better than zonda r I think👍👍👍
That’s a close call between the two models such a hard choice but I agree I’m leaning towards the F1 👍👍

Thanks! I am still reconsidering on when to buy it. I am pretty sure it won't be sold anytime soon though. I will update after i have purchased it.
Is this the original color of the car?
Hi yes completely original in metallic jet black I think it’s called 👍 Please subscribe for more videos to come soon thanks
