    Sadness and Depression Cure Mentioned In Video::
    ->knowledge of Islam (This leads to Actions,& Actions leads to Taqwa of Allah)
    ->Knowledge of the Names of Allah
    ->Supplications According to Sunnah
    ->Patience for the sake of Allah and by the help of Allah.
    ->Recognizing Allah's blessings.
    ->Reliance Upon Allah(Tawakkul in Allah)
    ->Have Faith in divine decree.
    This is the same explanation when Allah says,
    "O you who have believed, enter into Islam completely [and perfectly] and do not follow
    the footsteps of Satan. Indeed, he is to you a clear enemy."[2:208] and
    the same explanation of the verse,[2:2]
    And the same explanation of Allah when Allah says;
    "Whoever does righteousness, whether male or female, while he is a believer - We will
    surely cause him to live a good life, and We will surely give them their
    reward [in the Hereafter] according to the best of what they used to do."[16:97]
    And the same explanation of Allah when Allah says;
    "Have you not considered how Allah presents an example,[making] a good word like a
    good tree, whose root is firmly fixed and its branches [high] in the sky?It produces its fruit
    all the time, by permission of its Lord. And Allah presents examples for the people that
    perhaps they will be reminded.[14:24-25]

      One dua is
      Allaahumma 'innee 'abduka, ibnu 'abdika, ibnu 'amatika, naasiyatee biyadika, maadhin fiyya hukmuka, 'adlun fiyya qadhaa'uka, 'as'aluka bikulli ismin huwa laka, sammayta bihi nafsaka, 'aw 'anzaltahu fee kitaabika, 'aw 'allamtahu 'ahadan min khalqika, 'awista'tharta bihi fee 'ilmil-ghaybi 'indaka, 'an taj'alal-Qur'aana rabee'a qalbee, wa noora sadree, wa jalaa'a huznee, wa thahaaba hammee.
      Translation
      O Allah, I am Your slave and the son of Your male slave and the son of your female slave. My forehead is in Your Hand (i.e. you have control over me). Your Judgment upon me is assured and Your Decree concerning me is just. I ask You by every Name that You have named Yourself with, revealed in Your Book, taught any one of Your creation or kept unto Yourself in the knowledge of the unseen that is with You, to make the Qur'an the spring of my heart, and the light of my chest, the banisher of my sadness and the reliever of my distress.

      Katarzyna rochowicz Wa Alykumussalam.
      Allah says (interpretation of the meaning):
      And if there comes to you from Satan an evil suggestion, then seek refuge in Allah. Indeed, He is the Hearing, the Knowing. (Fussilat 41:36)
      Some of the Sahabah complained about the waswas that was bothering them. Some of the Companions of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) came to the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) and said to him, ‘We find in ourselves thoughts that are too terrible to speak of.’ He said, ‘Are you really having such thoughts?’ They said, ‘Yes.’ He said, ‘That is a clear sign of faith.’” (Narrated by Muslim). (Narrated by Muslim, 132 from the hadeeth of Abu Hurayrah).
      Al-Nawawi said in his commentary on this hadeeth (prophetic tradition): “The Prophet’s words, ‘That is a clear sign of faith’ mean, the fact that you think of this waswas as something terrible is a clear sign of faith, for if you dare not utter it and you are so afraid of it and of speaking of it, let alone believing it, this is the sign of one who has achieved perfect faith and who is free of doubt.”
