my wife was just saying the same thing. Going to be tough on him when/if you move on in life and not stay and keep the family farm going. You and your dad are like best friends, its great to see, my ad and I were always together, best years of my life
Another version of what your dad said goes, "I may be crazy, but, i am not stupid". Treasure every moment with your dad, i just lost mine this week, he died at age 95 in hospice care. I have spent the week doing his funeral arrangements, and, going through the pictures for his memorial, so many memories, enjoy every minute you have with those you love, and, love you.
Keith I know exactly what you are going through. Sorry for your loss. Long before Cole and I worked side by side it was son Brian and Dad Bob working together. We had a great relationship as well and I cherish those memories. He was such an honest and well liked man. I remember so many people young and old coming to pay their respects. It helped so much to help start the healing process. God bless your fathers memory!
@@briansonne814 Thanks for you kind thoughts. My dad grew up on a small farm in western wisconsin during the depression, he eventually owned his own heavy excavating company. I spent many hours doing things like fixing fence. I love those videos you do of that. My dad would constantly reuse the old fence wire and posts, he used to make me straighten the bent fence staples with a hammer and a rock, so, that he could reuse them. it is memories like those which last and last. Thanks again.
I farm out in illinois. Literally watch this sitting in my case making passes. Got some family out in vermillion. It’s beautiful out there! Just ordered some merch to help support!!!
It's so great that Brian (aka Dad) treats all members of your team so well. I mean, who else is going to credit Green Flappy and poor little Half Flappy (farm accidents are rough, don't ask) as being vital in today's cow/calf venture?
At 3 am in the morning, UK, I am sitting here watching you two play the fool and can't stop laughing out loud. I will wake my family up. Thank you for your great video's you made me smile and laugh today. Keep up the good work and keep on smiling. Stay safe.
When you were releasing the cattels in the green pasture; that was such a BEAUTIFUL sight!! I could watch that all day!! Cole who knew you were an Irish jig dancer 🕺 😂😂. Great video thanks 🙋♀️😊💗
Dad told me, " I dont have to be smart. I just hang around with dumb people and I look smart by comparison ". Unfortunately, Mom was close enough to hear that and thought he meant her. That's how she got her new kitchen
Your dad cracks me up! Great video again , the drone shots as usual are up to your high standards. Your grass is really coming in nice now.👍👍👍❤️❤️❤️🚜🚜🚜
I really enjoyed this video today. You two make a great team working together. I have only moved cows twice in my life from one pasture to another. I rode a little black and white pony. I blended in with the cows. The way you move them is interesting. Thanks for the video.
Really been enjoying your videos. Been here since the First time you announced the 100k subs Giveaway. Just want to say your Dad humor is perfect for the channel. Glad he's been stepping up to the Camera.
Been doing the same here, working cattle and moving pairs to grass. Busch Light. Is watered down to start with. No drinking during working hours and no working during drinking hours.
Thanks again on the continuous schooling on your Great American Farm , wow nice to see the animals enjoying the pasture , not all will taste as good as the happy ones you raise , Nantucket Nectar was founded in Nantucket the republic of mass usa , heard of it cause i live in westford mass never drank the stuff , Peace Blessings Craig
Perhaps some day, when you are running out of inspiration for subjects, you could explain the origin of your land/fields. Man dried out lake, river delta, for how long has it been cultivated....? The water level almost always seem very high but it doesn't seem a swamp. Sure the man with the low centre of gravity can play a didactic role.🧐 Thanks for all the smiles you two have put on my face 😉👍
Love Dads comments 😜 I agree. Knowing I have a 🍺 waiting at the end of the day gives me something to look forward to. Cole great video. Major workout. Then you get a sitting job driving and you get bounced around. Some days you can’t get a break 🤣😂😅😃👍
Awesome video and your dad is a lot of fun!! I say that because I do the same crap to my son's that are just about your age so I really appreciate his humor
I can certainly relate to your dad’s comment about being able to still do some things in my mind. My list keeps getting longer😂. You also need to make the switch to Shiner Bock!!
Head em up...Move em out. Nantucket Nectars began in Massachusetts and was over time sold 3 times. Currently owned by Dr Pepper Snapple of Plano Texas. Great vlog and nice Irish Jig
Another hilarious gem of a video Cole - me thinks CC [Captain Cole] fits yah given that cab monologue. Not to be confused with "CC Rider" - ask Brian if he remembers Mitch Ryder & The Detroit Wheels. That monologue between you and Brain beginning at about the 3:27 mark kinda put me in a Sunday School frame of mind. An aside...back in the day we had this one traveling preacher visit once in awhile and after his sermon is when I thoroughly enjoyed that 'cold one' Brian referenced - if he showed up unannounced it was TWO cold ones for sure to quelch them brimstones. Anyhoo...stay safe - be well!
Nantucket Nectars is a US beverage company that makes a number of juices that are widely found in the Eastern US. The company is now owned by DR PepperSnapple but was started by two guys from Nantucket Island, off the coast of Massachusetts. They are quite good, especially their Orange Mango.
@@CurrentChoices Simple answer... someone throws their shit in our ditch and when the snow melts and the water gets deep the bottle floats out of the ditch and into our field. Then as the water receeds the bottle stays in our field.
I watch dozens of farm channels on RUclips, my girl friend calls it tractor open, lol:) I look forward to your new videos though because I love how you have many different brands of iron and farm in such a vastly different area then I've ever experienced, I live on the coast of Maine where my home town has docks for lobster boats on the east side and thoroughbred horse breeders and a small dairy on the western end of town so see 5000 acre fields are insane to me:) Cant wait to see the surprises you have in store, and for more pull off videos because its the responsible and mature thing to do with equipment ;-)
Must have been a youtube glitch, that's so weird, I left that comment on another channel like 3 or for videos before I watched your video tonight, lol, that's friggin weird but still, your channel is right up there for me

YEP...that phrase is tee-shirt material!
Brian will right that down!

Here in NC we say, "I'm some dumb but not plumb dumb."
I might of been born at night, but it wasn’t last night.
