The worst thing I've faced is a UVB, UGB, and Zamasu with the match lagging every 5 seconds I used a bad future team 3 STAR Fused Zamasu LL, LL Rose, and 3 star SOH Trunks... Still won :/

Stars and characters are probably server side. So they cant hack and unlock all characters. Thank god.

They exist but that’s all they do now tbh, these hackers aren’t good enough to beat a high ranking player. Once you know exactly what they are doing you pretty much won the match, a pro player can stall the match out for that easy W.
I use hacks not in PvP tho only in story mode and events etc
Also I have hacks to be able to win without even playing in PvP it will show disconnected on the opponent side while I will win(I don't use it tho)

Quick tip, against these hackers, main way (only tbh) to win is to just not get hit at all, their health might not go down but you still do damage, you can win with time out. (You lost the match the moment the hercule managed to land that blue card, no way you can do 411 mil in a match)

Hacker and Dwud arranged this fight, everyone collectively agreed to not report cause it was funny. (Friend battle too, he only mods in story mode unless someone wants to beat them.) Adding on, he only fights in friend battles.
