I am a huge advocate for no effect skins but at the same time, if it were more reasonably priced, I'd buy more. I don't buy bundled in general, but the last non-effect skin I got was Silvanus Vandal and even then it had just some small effects. The price is the big red flag regardless cause as you said, some of these skins are AMAZING and are just being tortured behind bad pay decisions.
These types of skins should be battlepass or reward skins. For instance this skin line would've been perfect for people who reach radiant or lvl500. Give people a reason to grind the game...

Riot should make Finishers usable on every gun skin you own. This would allow players to spend their money on skins specifically for Finishers, and allow players to feel better about using skins without any effects.
The only cheap bundle that was ever worth buying is infantry and minima they actually changed the guns and were well designed (infantry even has special ww2 esc weapon sounds)
When it comes to no effects gun, the only ones i've actually seen people buy are smite, prism, and minima. and im pretty sure most of those people or trolling for early adopters.

I bought the Smite bundle when it came out, it was my first bundle; bought it because at the time I was really into Siege and it loosely resembled the Black Ice skins in siege, other no animation low tier skins I've bought are primarily for the meme bc they were either $5 in the night market or I had a surplus of money that month and it happened to show up in my store for $10. This is dumb stuff like the Luxe vandal and Wasteland vandal. I don't believe its worth it to get any skins without vfx or sfx and you'd be better off buying them individually after getting lucky in the night market; Riot definitely needs to lower prices and increase quality; as someone who's spent $2500 AUD on Valorant skins and is now no longer buying any more skins other than a high quality Guardian if they ever release one I will once again say, just pick them up off the ground in your games, you will never be happy with your skin purchases fully because they are quite literally not worth the money
