- Not a paid promotion. Here is a list of pros and cons after playing my Solar AB1.6 FRCAR for a few weeks. I couldn't sync up the recored guitar with the camera audio. Still sounds good.....right?

nice video. I believe in simple whammy physics, for me, I don't lock the strings on the Floyd and I don't lock the strings at the nut. I use locking tuners, so my strings are clear from the ball in the tail to the machine head. Give em a couple of hard yanks and you're in tune...really in tune. It works with any Floyd system...because ,,,YEA Science!!
Hi Champ!.. Nice review. Great color selection. It reminds me the Stratocaster. I am considering to buy it but the model that brings the Evertune bridge. I have two questions:
1. Is it a heay guitar?.
2. What about the bolt on construction and the access to the upper 4 frets?. It feels like an Ibanez RG550?.

It’s not heavy at all. I think it’s about 6lbs maybe 6.5 and getting to the upper frets is no problem with the cutaway job they did.
If I bought a guitar for 999$ and the volume pot would be shit, parts of the FR were crooked and the wiring was like what you described, I would have sent the damn thing back and never buy anything from the company again. The fuck up tolerance threshold should be no more than 500$.
I understand if you would have payed like 300-500$ for something like a HB and would get some fuck ups, that would be okay, but not for 999$.
The body looks great, but I would be pissed off if I would have bought a guitar for 999$ and would have to replace a bunch of stuff.
How did you end up fixing the raised fret? Did you bring it to a luthier?
I did. Abq guitar works. Best place around. Gonna take my Solar T1.6c to have it reliced
