Sir, regarding Rakhmabai Case,
The whole case started because Rakhmabai wanted to become a doctor and then it moved to the age of consent.
As you yourself said that she became the first woman doctor in India. But she was not a doctor at the age of 11, she became a doctor because she fought for a woman's right to gain education.
During this incident, Ramabai Ranade words - "“The government advocated education and emancipation but when a woman refused to “be a slave” the government comes to break her spirit allowing its law to become instrument for riveting her chains.”
It is very difficult to say that Rakhmabai case is not related to Women's right to gain education.

Sir.. Wrt. Establishment of fort william college.. Iam confused btw option b and d....bcoz their motive was to train civil servants ...which mainly emphazised on oriental learning ...

Hi, Ajinas.
Assuming that your comment is with respect to question no.14 -
Option b can also be right but more close option is d. The purpose of establishing this college was to teach British officers of Indian Languages for administrative convenience. So both options are correct but d is more appropriate. Answer d is marked by almost all the institutes, including Drishti IAS.
