I was the one who mentioned taking that early for the percentage increase a bit back, and yeah I meant the level up upgrade being percentage(as well as some others things and events), not the level up itself. It’s also good as you observed for basically confirming your win the first 2-3 days Edit: also, the reason why you were getting like 53 max health, or 87 then 88, or the 2k gives 3k, is because the belt applies to that, actively applying the 1.75X max health to your max health buffs
Not taking a Shielded Bushel, of all things, that was simply handed to you was heartbreaking, as was tanking the midgame by giving up endurance + wali bird, but the end result of this was so beautiful. WP!
@@PunpunIsNoFunfun Oh yeah for sure, it was a totally understandable decision and made for a great run! Shield Bushel can just be hard to get when you're focused on trying to find it!
don't know if anyone pointed this out to you but incase they haven't I just wanted to say balcony *is* working properly. You can tell by how the numbers of the cane and hogwash changed when you got into combat, they went up, and if you do the math it lines up with the increase of hp from the pawn shop At 8538 hp at 45:00, your cane does 853 damage (removing decimals, this is 10% of 8538) 10%/100 = 0.1 0.1 x 8538 = 853.8 (decimal removed) damage at 45:04 you had 10308 and you can see your cane rises up 1030 damage, (10%/100)0.1 = 1030.8 (decimal removed ingame) which is exactly the rise you'd expect from pawn shop being buffed by balcony, which doubles the value of your pawn shop in combat. You have a gold pawn shop, which is x15 the value, your pawn shop at combat start is valued at 118, x2 is 236. 236 x 15 = 3540 3540/2 = 1770 118 x 15 = 1770 Balcony is infact working correctly, and doubling the amount of HP you're getting from pawn shop. This is easily proven by both Cane and Hogwash raising damage/healing respectively, I only showed the math for Cane but you can do the math for hogwash as well when battle starts.
yeah, i saw that the numbers were going up, ty for confirming tho. My confusion is mainly that it seems to be that the extra given by balcony is empty hp instead of full? any idea if that is intended? Like my regen was ticking at the start of the fight n stuff
@@PunpunIsNoFunfun I cannot say for sure but I can say that it's very likely because of a visual bug due the way you're given the bonus hp. When you receive the pawn shop, you are automatically given the bonus hp and balcony doesn't activate until combat so nothing changes. When combat starts, the value is doubled, and you are then given the bonus hp from the doubling. So the game doesn't give you the doubling at the start of combat, it keeps the base Hp it gives you from pawn shop and THEN puts the bonus hp you get from doubling by balcony. You can confirm this by watching the allotted time frame listed and seeing how you receive +1770 hp max hp right above your hp bar, and I believe this causes a visual bug where the game doesn't fit in the bar with green. I suspect that if you were just given the doubled bonus hp at the start, and not given the bonus hp on top when the combat starts, it wouldn't look like that. Great videos by the way, I've been watching your bazaar stuff once you got recommended and I enjoy your casual commentary. I ended up making this post because I didn't want you to get the wrong idea about it incase you didn't notice.
you should try making a build around that one bow weapon with the cooldown reduction based on its damage that i see you getting your ass kicked by like 75% of the times you see it
back again with backseating disguised as helpful feedback! (fr though if this isn’t appreciated just say so and i’ll stop). - i don’t agree with selling at 7:04. you’ve already observed that having 1k max hp carries the early fights, so the ten shield is largely irrelevant. even if the scaling isn’t worth it for the shelter i think the prospect of finding something later that cares about selling items makes it better to hold onto. - skipping the piggles at 16:14 right after you bought the pawn shop was a bit of a waste. it costs very little and passively helps you scale faster. - going to events at the start of day five instead of shops was worse imo. your damage was starting to fall off here and you really needed something to help win the player fights going forward. pawn shop also incentivizes looking at more items to buy/sell. - 21:43 gold pawn shop gives 30 max hp per sold item, not 15. - 30:15 you evade my judgement this time, but only because you point out the mistake a few seconds later. - 32:24 i would’ve kept the longbow for the short term, but i respect the dream. i’m also not so confident that it’s even better in the first place. - 38:49 i actually noticed this for the first time when watching, but the upgrade tooltip for the lemonade stand is bugged. upgrading it to gold also increases the percent heal to 10%, so it would’ve been better to run than hogwash. can’t blame you for not realizing that though. - 50:59 truly a belt diff. - everything past this point is too difficult for me to be constructive about. maybe double whammy was good, maybe the pawn shop was unnecessary, i have no clue. you have 20k+ hp and kill everything in three seconds, ultimately i don’t really think these decisions matter too much.
@@Womb4t5868 nah I don't mind, you've pointed out some good stuff, thanks. Holding onto piggles and looking for buy sell items definitely seems like it would've helped more early looking back on it for sure
