If he's got a good cross face. It's not going to be easy to just turn your face against the cross face. Can you explain what you're doing to allow your face to turn? especially against a big strong guy.
It's not only turning your face. Henry also shifts his head to the left a little while simultaniously turning his face. There is nothing blokking the left side of the head in this particular case, so sliding it to that side should be possible no matter the pressure
@tokinabo your face is obviously connected to your head. Their must be something else he's doing, besides just turning his head. I know some good guys that can drive some serious pressure thru their shoulder. It's body weight vs your head. Is he just turning his head through the body weight or is there some other movement, we. can't see on the camera?
Love this format BTW! Long time fan and I think this format of video is very underrated.
I was able to pull this off tonight in class! They were so surprised they couldn't get their arm back.
This a game changer. Been doing this for a while now.
Love how sometimes the best option is to just move yourself rather than your opponent.
Moving yourself is almost always the best option.
Surprised he is wearing a ring at training.
many people do now, as those have heart monitors
I mean - life goes on.
Make it look so easy! Love it
I gotta come train with you guys.
Nice details as always
