It is entirely possible that you may not need to do all this because the issue can be that you have MCaffee secure VPN enabled. It screws with the server because valorant assigns you a client and server and when vpn is enabled your location changes every so often. Turn it off and restart computer and try again. Enjoy !

It worked once, and thank you so much for that. However, I tried launching valorant again after 4-5 days = and it's showing me the same error again. I checked the network, the numbers I typed in are the same, but no progress :( Any ideas why could that be?
so i used this tutorial for a few weeks, and turns out after that, whenever I use my web, it won't connect to my wifi. and there's nothing wrong with my router. after that, I tried the settings again, changing it to automatic, then my wifi works normally again.
Just came back to the video because this works. and not only does it work for valorant, but the launcher as well. hell, i had a problem where my browser was loading webpages all at once after holding a blank page loading for a while, and this fixed that as well. i am guessing my ipv6 needed a flush, and this just manually did that. thank you.
