    Considering clinician experiences through the lens of suffering and organizational compassion offers a inclusive view of both positive and negative experiences in the workplace. In this talk, Dr. Thienprayoon will discuss clinician suffering, what is organizational compassion and how can it be operationalized, and how pediatric palliative care is an exemplar of clinician suffering and compassion at the team level in medicine.
