To clarify, this album actually came out just after they did their world tour in 2018, which lasted "122 days". Also, when they were recording this, and after this dropped, they were probably in one of their darkest times as artists; they nearly broke up and were on drugs HEAVILY. Fortunately, they found solutions and are here now.

Ruby is soo underrated in the rap game, he's always mixing it up with his singing and harmonies, his flow is insane and how he always mixes up his flows, his lyrics are crazy too!
Ruby was gifted, he's really the chosen one, scrim is soooo far away from talent, lyrics, emotions and ruby's flow (unpopular opinion)

in my opinion this honestly might be their best album. how it was delivered, the production, the verses, there is literally no flaws in this album. it feels like a story listening to this, from beginning to end. i feel like it’s my safe zone and makes me feel less alone. i’m genuinely happy i found these 2 people, i wouldn’t be here without them.
I really like this album bc you can really hear the pain in theirnvoices, and it acts as a turning point for the boys to the listener. They got clean soon after this project. Still get chills listening to it tbh.
I just started listening to Dan, I haven’t listen to this whole album, but in my opinion, the long term effects of suffering is so good

$crim definitely took a few months off just for the production alone.
Nicotine patches from the moment i heard it in 2018 i knew it would never age.
this album is stapled onto the wall of there discography it’s never going away.
some of rubys best flows are on this album alone, crazy.
The last song on the album where scrim is slurring in his verse. My guy be slowed down by heroin. Heard soon after the conclusion of the album he overdosed. This album was the peak of the boys drug use and you can literally hear it in scrims voice multiple times through the album. Glad to say hes sober today but it took this amazing album for him to realize life is worth living. Light at the end of a tunnel vibes in new albums.
the meaning behind 122 days is that it is the number of days that they were on tour before making the album.
Carollton, 122 days, King Tulip and Meet Mr. Niceguy are my favourites. I love these guys so much its unreal

I’ve been listening to $B since 2016. When this album came out in 2018 I anticipated it for months. What they dropped was a complete 180 from their established style. I think they rushed a new sound way too fast. The vocals are extremely in your face, and a lot of the adlibs sound uncomfortable. And I’d say the same thing for all their music from 2018-2020. But they definitely have it figured out now, their new style is different but it’s a new $B sound that I can truly say I fucking love.
This album was definitely more commercialized then anything else they’ve ever released. BUT it did end up giving them their most sold album ever, so I can’t be upset.
They deserved the recognition

I knew of these guys for a little, but never fully invested my time into diving deep into their discography. But when this album came out, I saw it and I was like “yeah I remember these guys.” And the album was so good, I became addicted to them like they were crack. Been to three shows now, and they’ve filled in a gap in my life that I was missing. And nicotine patches used to be my alarm to get up in the morning.
