Jefe was an old friend of Ruby who was one of the only people who believed in Ruby’s music career and he ended passing away from a car accident a little later on I believe. I’m also pretty sure Ruby released a solo album named “The Jefe Tape” in 2014.
Yeah this was their 3rd album before they were famous so it’s so raw love it! Y’all gotta do HIGH TIDE IN THE SNAKES NEST that one is legendary
