Just purchased this for my 2018 KIA Stinger GT and man the way the car feels is just awesome now. Sport Mode 7 when car is in sport mode and Race Mode 1 for all other settings. No more of that laggy feeling.
I just installed a Sprint Booster in my 2013 Cadillac ATS Performance model with the 2.0L turbo LTG engine. Since I got the car this summer I have enjoyed the performance except for the "lag". This is the first turbocharged car I have owned so I assumed it was what others refer to as "turbo lag" and wasn't sure if a Sprint Booster would make that much of a difference. After install and driving around all afternoon tried out sport and race modes. Had it in Race 5 mode and all I can say is WOW! Guess what I was feeling before wasn't "turbo lag" but "throttle lag" as the Sprint Booster solved the problem. Haven't tried anything higher than Race 5 yet, but in Race 5 mode, the throttle response reeminds me of what I had in my '84 Vette. I cruised around with a big grin on my face just playing around. This car is pretty peppy anyway with the 6-speed automatic transmission but with the Sprint Booster, throttlle response is quicker, and appears to effect shifting too as the transmission seems to respond faster as well. I can understand how this would happen as all the electronics are tied together and feed off the signals from the other sensors, so just makes sense that if the throttle now snaps open, the transmission would also react. Driving home on the back roads, I had a car in front of me that insisted on driving 35 miles an hour on a road with a speed limit of 45. Decided to pass him and when I hit the gas, she downshifted and flew by. Makes me feel good to get this kind of response from a fly-by-wire! What's also funny about this ATS is the 2.0L is rated at 272 hp and my old '84 Vette 5.7L was rated at 205 hp! Highly recommend the Sprint Booster if you want to bring back the "fun factor" and start enjoying the drive. I didn't get it to use for 1/4 mile runs or top end performance; I got it for driving around town and on the back roads where you have a lot of acceleration/decelleration type driving. I think this is where the Sprint Booster really shines. Like the advertising says "engage the boost...unleash the power"! Have read a lot of reviews about whether or not the Sprint Booster is worth the price. I guess that really depends on your own personal choice. I have to laugh though at people who will pay $1,300 for a new iPhone but complain about coughing up $300 for a Sprint Booster. Must confess, my iPhone has never put a smile on my face or been so much fun to play around with. Again, I highly recommend Sprint Booster! For those that claim this thing doesn't work, all I can say is you must have a pretty underpowered car to begin with. It won't make your 75 hp econo car respond like a Corvette, but if you already have the power there to work with, it'll definitely make you smile!
You're the first I've seen install this on a TLX Type S, I'm going to do it on my 21 Type S. I previously had it on my 18 TLX aspec and it made my modded exhaust sound even louder because the throttle opened so quickly
I noticed that the pedal was pressed slow in stock mode but slammed when the Sprint booster was on. What would happen if the pedal was pressed the same across the board?
Hi , as we previously answered to a similar comment the big difference is actually in the mid range of the pedal travel so having the pedal pushed slower in race or sport would show an even bigger difference compared to stock. You can see the delay in throttle opening at 1:13 where the pedal is pressed a little faster and the throttle still opens slower than the pedal movement.

I actually just bought this for my 2013 Corolla last week, and it does actually increase my car's response time. Stock for a 2013 Corolla is 132 HP, but my car is modded with a short ram intake and performance catback exhaust system and pulls 153 HP. I'm not really a racer so, I like keeping my Sprint Booster V3 on sports mode and number seven, which gives me almost the right amount of pedal sensitivity and throttle body response. If there was a setting between 6 and 7, it would be perfect.
@Kodythebarber Sprint Booster has 18 programs optimized for automatic transmission and 18 programs for manual. The reason for having so many different programs is to give the driver the option to fine tune the level of response according his driving style and vehicle's characteristics. You can adjust the unit at a level that you feel comfortable with, without causing the tires spin all the time.
I installed mine but get an engine light and abs malfunction warning and no gas pedal function, also whilst idle it sits about 2000rpm and only decreases when I hit the brakes, can anyone help please?
1. Not exactly , Race mode is programmed with a different rate compared to Sport mode. 2. Did you mean drive by cable? if so , Race mode has different levels although in Race mode you can indeed get as close as it gets to the cable throttle 1 to 1 ratio.

I've tried the Pedal Commander previously, and it works just as well, but the benefit that sets the Sprint Booster apart for me that it is smaller, much easier to mount on my dash, easier to set the my preferred driving mode, and it comes with a valet mode.
