City Of Garland: Crane Carrier Labrie Top Select Recycler

Here is an unexpected surprised that I saw leave the yard and then followed to the route. I had know idea that the city of Garland Texas still collected recycling manually after they started rolling out the automated carts for recycle in certain parts of the city a year ago then using ASL's for collection which I thought was the whole city by now.
When I drove passed the yard I saw 2 of these and another recycler that looked like a Dempster Recycle-PAC but I didn't get a good enough look at it to confirm that. This is single stream collection but I think the truck still has a divider inside.
