@@kkeennyyboii of course you might not have the eyes exact but I’m sure there are makeup techniques such as Korean makeup to make your eyes look smaller and more like them. There’s no hate needed it was a simple question I was basically asking out to outline the line of your eye the way a Korean would to get the similar affect 😁

This problem can appear for different reasons (whether a dry scalp or actual dandruff for example). You should def go see a dermatologist, who'll be able to recommend products that are really adapted to your situation
