'Mutton' is not goat meat in the U.S. South Asian & Caribbean countries call goat meat 'mutton'. Mutton in the U.S. is the meat of a Sheep that is usually older than a year old, generally 2-3 years old. Lamb of course, is the meat of sheep, that is younger than a year old. Haha Singapore would be cleaner than the US for food quality and safety,half your food is full of additives ,US literally has some of the worst food in the world ,that's why uses have such an obesity issue anything decent costs a fortune
