hehe this might sound like a college essay question, but were there any times where u had to deal with discrimination/opposition in regard to "the industry", whether that be due to age, gender, ethnicity. would love to hear your point of view!
hey! woo thats a really good one! well, im about to have a really long answer. throughout my experience in different fashion shows and working with other photographers for their porfolios/projects, i want to say i had nothing but positive experiences so far. i believe that the main component is being able to sell yourself. by that, i've learned to make a positive and lasting first-impression outside of the attributes i cannot change about myself like my gender and ethnicity (did you know within 7 seconds of meeting someone, they can form a first-impression of you within that time frame?) being able to carry myself with confidence would influence the people around me to believe that i know my value and that im worth their time. however, i do know that discrimination will be inevitable. while i haven't experienced it fully yet, i am prepared to face it. rejection closes one door but opens many others!
hey girl I loved the video and all of the positivity! I'd love to see some type of healthy recipes video if you know any! I'm in desperate need of some haha :)
id love to see a body confidence video!! like was it ever hard for you thinking you weren’t “good enough” to be in the modeling industry? it’s something i struggle with so i’d love to hear from you girl!!
hey! that sounds great, i'll do a video like that! for right now, i will say that yes, i have had doubts about myself. eventually i realized that i can't let my limiting beliefs hinder me from giving myself a CHANCE to try and reach that dream. i definitely believe that it takes a lot of lifestyle and mindset changes in order to fully love myself and let go of my limiting beliefs that make me think i'm not enough. you ARE enough! it takes a lot of courage and action. i will elaborate more in a video for sure!
Yesss queen! We definitely need a day in the life vlog and a home workout routine video, especially during this quarantine. Also, would love for you to talk about any pressures/challenges you may have faced after deciding to pursue modeling & photography and how you've overcome them
hey! of course! sounds good, i will definitely take note of these! if you would also like to talk one on one about the pressure and challenges, we definitely could! hit up my dms on instagram if you'd like! thank you for these & i'm glad you liked the video :)
Awesome video! I would love to see tips on how to take insta photos and/ or videos on how to keep a good mindset for stuff like food, exercise, or this corona-cation. 😊
