For 2 why didn’t use the shrink if overflow option .?
Because I didn’t want to make the font smaller. It has to stay readable.
why after the project is published all the writing becomes pictures
I always assumed it was so the content is not easily copied.
@ I do this so that the content can be copied, is that possible?
You would need to use a PDF attachment or something like that.
