It's clear that the armorer fucked it up. She should be serious about her job, and yet she wasn't, causing the poor girl's life. Baldwin didn't knew whether there was live ammo or not, as he would have assumed that the armorer loaded the gun with dummy ammo, and how does the hammer alone made the gun go off? Wasn't there a safety or something on the revolver, and wasn't the revolver supposed to be a prop one? Armorer definitely fucked it all up! Her case should not be dropped under any circumstances.
@@commoguru There are all sorts of prop guns including plastic castings, guns with functionality removed such as barrel welded shut and hammer filed away, etc, but this kind of scene where a close-up of a weapon is visible called for an unmodified revolver. There's also different kinds of prop ammunition, such as blanks which can be fired but don't contain a bullet, and dummies which contain a bullet and look real and complete but cannot be fired. You'd expect this scene to be filmed with dummy rounds. So even if Baldwin checked, what was he supposed to check, how was he supposed to know whether the bullet was a dummy or real other than relying on the armourer?
That idiot girl should have never been trusted with such a high level of responsibility after only 1 year of training. She didn’t get enough jail time and going forward she should never be allowed to be in charged of anything, not even making coffee!
For those of you who think only the armorer was to blame, and not Baldwin, please take a gun safety class if you ever decide to carry a firearm, the fact that you think Baldwin is blameless highlights how ignorant some of you are when it comes to gun safety. Gun safety rule #1: TREAT EVERY WEAPON AS IF IT WERE LOADED. This means that even if you see the armorer download a weapon, and give you an empty firearm, you still must verify that the weapon you receive for the first time that day is clear and safe, a condition 4 weapon in other words. Then you upload the weapon YOURSELF if the intent is to shoot. Doing this practically guarantees there are no mishaps like this because there are multiple points of checking. If I give you what I think is an unloaded weapon but isn’t but you verify that it’s not, there’s a potential life saved. That’s the way the police and military do it, and F me that the head armorer, daughter of a legend, didn’t do that, but just as she’s guilty of being a shitty armorer, Baldwin is guilty of not verifying the weapon was safe when he took it. All of you who think otherwise obviously never handle weapons otherwise you would understand.
Hannah's attorneys have also filed an appeal on the jury instructions to force a new trial. Apparently it isn't clear whether the jury was truly unanimous in their verdict because of potentially faulty jury instructions.
The armorer has one job, to check and make sure there are no live rounds. She makes an exellent paycheck just doing one job, checking the guns each day. She didn't. She deserves to get fired and go to prison. She had one super easy job. Her dad got her hired. She had life on easy mode and still blew it.
Oh yeah, a high pressure job where she gets drunk and takes drugs. She is totally negligent and is highly unqualified for that kind of job. She's done either way even if she leaves prison.
Well he should've interrupted filming to do poor Hannah the victim in all of this' job for her. OBVS (well technically, more than her job, as live rounds should not have been on set in the first place) So yeah. Blame anyone but this poor female, friends. She's only a girl. Literally blame and jail everyone else there that day, but not her. She's just a girl, guys and did you not SEE how much she regrets blowing her career away? Show some compassion. Hannah has behaved commendably throughout 🤯
@2:30 ish...You don't know if Alec Baldwin should have checked it or not?. The 4 rules of gun safety sure as hell knows! Everyone who took that pistol in hand, needed to check it. So while people try to place that blame down river, the blame is on everyone who didn't check that pistol...including Alec Baldwin, who is 100% responsible for pulling the trigger. Revolvers don't just go off...Alec Baldwin pulled the trigger, or no one would have been shot. He's a liar, and at least a manslaughterer, and the judge that let him go is a disgrace to justice and people should investigate her bank account immediately.
@@rogue109 So it's easy for an armorer to be experienced and smart enough NOT to load them into a gun. Is that what you are saying yeah? Because I don't need to have experience of guns to solve this muppet mystery.
So actors are supposed to be gun experts as well? I’ve never heard of that, what if it’s a scene where a child actor is holding a gun? Is that child actor also responsible??
So the judge instead of punishing the prosecution for their mistake and those involve. There was no justice for the 2 victim. The guy who pulled the trigger and kills, gets away. Alec knew there were live rounds on the set and as a producer he too had to check the gun. You are responsible for every round that comes out of a gun you fire.

I really appreciate you jumping in and giving the latest update. That’s pretty bad ass. Longtime fan. Always a fan.
As soon as I heard Alec Baldwin, I knew EXACTLY where this was going
I found Frog101 in the wild
that judge was paid
It's clear that the armorer fucked it up. She should be serious about her job, and yet she wasn't, causing the poor girl's life. Baldwin didn't knew whether there was live ammo or not, as he would have assumed that the armorer loaded the gun with dummy ammo, and how does the hammer alone made the gun go off? Wasn't there a safety or something on the revolver, and wasn't the revolver supposed to be a prop one?
Armorer definitely fucked it all up! Her case should not be dropped under any circumstances.
revolvers don't have safeties. "Prop" guns are real guns with blank rounds.
I always wanna became a "Armourerererrrrrrrrrerer"
That idiot girl should have never been trusted with such a high level of responsibility after only 1 year of training. She didn’t get enough jail time and going forward she should never be allowed to be in charged of anything, not even making coffee!
Never forget!
HE STILL LIED ABOUT PULLING THE TRIGGER
"i got trained by my dad and i f**ked up im a failure"
Please, please tell me more about how you are the victim in all this....
"you killed someone"
-"I'm a failure"
no lady, there was somebody, and that somebody is no longer a somebody.
This was a comprehensive list of events explained better than the media did.
I'll never understand why a functioning gun was even ever on set. Should have been a prop gun uncappable of firing real bullets. Or is it incapable?
Gun's don't kill people, Alec baldwin does.
The armorer has one job, to check and make sure there are no live rounds. She makes an exellent paycheck just doing one job, checking the guns each day. She didn't. She deserves to get fired and go to prison. She had one super easy job. Her dad got her hired. She had life on easy mode and still blew it.
Such a shame, Alec deserved jailtime for his negligence.
What negligence?
@@davesvens8697 You seriously this daft? 🤔🤣🤦
@@kanuduh5234 Negligence? oh you meant for the armourer who checks for live ammo? yeah she did get jail time for it, justice was served at least.
@@alexmax3502 Take a firearm safety course. You'll understand why. Until then, your ignorance outweighs your opinion.
@@kanuduh5234 The gun was supposed to be loaded with dummies. Does the safety course teach you how to differentiate dummies from live rounds?
Poor Alec, though. I can't even imagine the trauma he was experiencing.
"armourer'er'er" 😂
I never saw Baldwin at fault but Hanna can serve her time…. That is a high pressure job for sure, but not one you skip steps on.
Oh yeah, a high pressure job where she gets drunk and takes drugs. She is totally negligent and is highly unqualified for that kind of job. She's done either way even if she leaves prison.
Every person who handled the firearm that didn't check it has liability!
Alec shouldn't have even been charged how would he even know or ever think there was live ammunition anywhere on set
I do think the charge was valid, but only because of reasonable doubt.
Me just waiting for a “until”😂
The prosecutor who hid this should be fired, charged, and jailed.
If they were withholding evidence, why was the armorererrrers charges not dismissed? Theres something odd there.
Because it wasn't revealed until Baldwin's trial.
Different trials
The evidence would have in no way helped the armorer... it actually would have made it worse.
The evidence helps prove Alec wasn't responsible. The evidence incriminates the armorer even more.
@@john_hunter_ And there's your answer folks.
Tell us all how an actor reliably determines if the rounds within a revolver are real or blanks? We are determined to know this answer, sport.
@@ScottishAmbassador Blanks are crimped at the case end, where live rounds have a bullet at the case end. Have you never seen a bullet before?
@@rogue109 So it's easy for an armorer to be experienced and smart enough NOT to load them into a gun. Is that what you are saying yeah? Because I don't need to have experience of guns to solve this muppet mystery.
So actors are supposed to be gun experts as well? I’ve never heard of that, what if it’s a scene where a child actor is holding a gun? Is that child actor also responsible??
it is 100% her fault. she didn't do her job and people were injured and killed
HANNAH BANANA THE ARMORMORMORMOR
She had one job and people's safety depended on it. So she is 100% responsible.
100%
She goes to prison but the trigger man doesn't
It was HER job to check that shit.
@lukethepotatoking he was the one that pulled the trigger. I'm thinking HE should have checked as well
Alec Baldwin most definitely would be a person expected to check the pistol. It’s in his hand
She was a scapegoat.
Great video. Heard about the incident when it happened but never followed after that for more information.
I’m addicted to your stories 💀
Get help....
Alec hired her because he could boss them all around. They are both to blame. He pulled the trigger without checking.
Min 6:05 judges don’t fight around with withholding evidence….. kamala harris hold mah drink
DEI hiring by Hollywood? Say it ain't so
Prop gun or not some hands you a gun you check it. Even if you watch someone clear the gun you check it.
Baldwin got off easy…he was the producer. The Police Department were so sloppy when they arrived at the crime scene. The armorer was detained and handcuffed - Baldwin was not. He was allowed to hang, speak freely, smoke a cigarette. It’s online. It’s nearly insulting.
Yes, I can't stand it. So obvious.
@ it’s actually insulting…
0:40 An indie? She was the cheapest lol.
I like how he said this was all over the news but I've never heard about it until just now
