    Sir, as you said a nap of 30 min is sufficient to fresh your mind but in my case when I go to bed it takes 10 -15 minutes to sleep..
    What should I do. btw thanks for guiding us .

    Learnings ;-
    1) 30 min nap in middle of day to create some space on hippocampus for rest of the day .
    2) 7 to 8 hrs sleep at night .

    I used to sleep very less and let me tell uits the worst thing ever to even try. Dont sacrifice ur sleep it's our superpower which boosts our memory and body. Our body and mind require rest , and the sleep can vary from 7-8 hrs not more than this.
    Well we already knew that taking a nap everyday is beneficial as a Muslim , its called qailulah where we take a nap before zuhr ( noon). And recently i started taking a nap at the same time everyday and it is the best.

    Sir i study 9-11 hr and sleep 8 hr to 9 hr meri mami bhot bar bolti he pdega ya sota hi rhga .me 7 hr fir 2 hr krke sota hu merko shyd bachpan se hi nind kafi ati he 😂.Study going well and also do 60 pushup at a time hr 3 hr ke bad or 1500 skipping rope thoda physical jruri he😅

      but 6 hrs or less is something I can't handle
      I feel sleepy during the whole day
      and if you save 1-2 hrs in sleep but you feel sleepy during the day and can't focus that's pretty stupid isn't it
      How much you study matters not how much you sleep
      don't take this negatively please (understand what i'm trying to say)

    Sir i am assuring power naps of avg 18 mins since my class 11th and it is one of the most effectively boosted up my preparation. Afater half a day sir, it really seems to be like laziness but nap after a meal ( which is now in my daily routine) is continously boosting my performance.😇😇😇.
    [Sir one more thing i have to ask about... during attempting any question in exmaination,, should we have to start solving them after reading line by line or we have to first imagine the whole process of solving the ques and only to use pen for calculation part. Please make a video on this sir. Like if we have to spend2 minute per ques then how much %tage of 2 min should be on thinking and how much on solving them. [It'll however depend on ques by ques but still i am not able to handle every ques perfectly during taking my self test with timer ]

      isliye me raat ko hi padta tha,
      5-12 sota tha.
      family daily taane marti thi per ek samay ke baat wo bhi thak gae bol bol kar😂.
      97.5 percentile aa gai.
      tum wahi karo jo tumhe suit karta hai, every one is different.

    Sir in winner session i can't able to wake up early in morning but I started to study late night till 2 am and i made this habit in 4 to 5 days it's not affected much is this ok .i took only 6 hours of sleep

    Sir daily I sleep for around 6:30-7 hrs... Still I feel sleepy in the afternoon in between 2:30-5:30 PM and as you know that JEE ADVANCED Paper is in the same time interval... So do I need a power nap and when should I have it? This has also affected my scores in our coaching tests which are in the afternoon...

    Yes sar aap bilkul sahi Bata rahe hain kyunki jab main Bachpan mein padhaai Karta tha to main school mein 5 ghante padhne ke bad Ghar per 2 se 3 ghante hi padhta tha aur Raat Ko main 8:00 se 9 ghante ki nind leta tha roj lekin FIR Jaise hi main class 10th mein aaya to Maine mere slip ke awaaz kam kar diye 10th mein main kam se kam 6 SE 7 ghante so leta tha magar Jaise hi main 11th 12th mein aaya to Maine mere isliye powers bahut kam Karti hai main mushkil se 5 ghante so pata tha aur FIR din bhar Mera padhne mein man bhi nahin lagta tha kyunki dimag thoda Ajeeb sa ho jata tha FIR Maine aapki video dekhi to mujhe laga ki Bachpan mein Puri nind leta tha aur bahut hi focus hokar padta tha lekin aapko focus a hi nahin pata isliye main samajh gaya Hun ki nind bahut important hai aur main soch Raha tha ki aakhir kya chij mein mis kar raha hun jiske Karan main pahle Jaisi padhaai nahin kar pa raha hun kyunki pahle main bahut acchi padhaai Karta tha aur apni class ke sabhi student se pahle apna syllabus complete kar leta tha aur jab vah yad karte the to main apna syllabus revision Karta tha

    sir like with making notes and completing my lectures it normally takes me 11 PM and sometimes even more...toh sir mera meri neend ke time se 2-3 ghnte pehle tk screen pr na hona is kinda impossible....mai lectures complete krne ke baad homework krne ka try krta hu then if i feel sleep i instantly go to bed...but as u stated in ur short that it leads to less energy in the morning.. and i indeed not feel that much energetic in the morning..what should i do sir? :) i take online classes
