Hi, I have a question regarding recurring payments. I did a test for myself and added a recurring payment for 0.01 cent for testing purposes. However, when I received the email notification as a customer, I was able to remove the card on file. How can I disable the ability of customers to remove their card on file? I want them to call us and let us make the changes instead of just removing it on the go.
Hello. We didn’t find such an option on Clover. It may be by design. You can try to contact them to figure out if they have changed something recently.
