I understand your feelings of insecurity, I am not perfect either, but I think you are healthy, smart, creative, and beautiful. I’ve noticed that just like American culture, Korean and Asian culture pushes this “ideal” image onto us, making us feel like if we don’t look a certain way or have certain things that we aren’t pretty enough or good enough. A lot of times those ideals are photoshop and fake. You have a wonderful face shape, lovely eyes, beautiful skin, and most importantly a wonderful mind. My wish for 2023 is that we all see how beautiful and unique we are inside and out.

@@esteASMR without wanting to sound creepy - but your body is fine - and the blue Smurf suit was amusing, I am constantly amazed by the various treatments you go through! I would take what they tell you “with a pinch of salt.” I hope you’re not too sore after this one, it looked a bit painful to me - I’d be crying out loud like a baby if there was a woman rubbing a metal disc into my feet, legs and bum. 😳😵🤭
I often think the same thing! Think fair to say that majority of people come on here listen and relax after a long day. We are in no way judging your body.

It's not just a block, it's a work that meticulously loosens the muscles with deep knowledge about the muscles. The approach itself is different from other massages. I recommend it.

@@esteASMR no Brasil o inverno é diferente, na região Norte que é onde eu moro, não fica frio, as temperaturas são entre 28°e 30°, já na região sul do Brasil a temperatura pode ficar negativa, os meses frios são junho, julho, agosto e setembro, bem diferente da Coreia neh?beijos.

This was no ordinary massage. It was close to a treatment that separates muscles and fascia. My physical condition was not good, so I was often sick while receiving treatment. But after the treatment, I felt really good.

This is only sold in Korea now. This is a very, very unique product. I know and use a lot of Gua Sha products. But I've never seen a product invented by a Korean inventor that goes beyond this. I'll see if I can sell it in the US. I also love this product so much.

괄사는 받아봤는데 이거슨 어떤느낌인지 궁금하네요~~!!
이게 일반 괄사랑 완전 다른 제품이라고 생각이 되요. 저도 집에 괄사가 좀 있는데 이렇게 디테일하게 근육을 풀어주는 것은 없었거든요. 게다가 묵직한 방짜로 만들어서 손에 잡히는 맛도 좋고 근육을 풀어 주었을때고 깊숙히 풀어줘요.
정말 신기한것은 항상 2개의 점에 같은 압력을 가해준다는 것인데 이게 일반 괄사들과 완전 차별 포인트이더라구요.
저도 하나 구입해서 매일 매일 쓰고 있어요. 사실 남편이 흠쳐가서 안 줌 ㅋㅋㅋㅋ😂
