This game is based on the movie of the same name, although some liberties are taken to give Arnold a chance to punch some hobos with boomerang tophats and go on an even more extended car chase than in the actual movie. There is also some terrible yet strangely hypnotic music.
This run by MESHUGGAH ( tasvideos.org/... ) improves the previous one by 00:15.39 seconds through overloading the object table to prevent some enemies and objects from spawning, better health management and various optimizations. This is one of the most surreal games on the NES. From the carnival music to the hobos throwing their hats to the random dudes punching you from the other side of the fences.
Rad Gravity by the same developer is like a billion times more crazy

I like when u use the trouwdag tactic of the people when they just need to say that the mistery word exist that is closer then the nose of Lodiaanse menimenewniah's :)
I don't think "punching ridiculously fast to levitate" or "damage boosting" were part of the movie, but damn what a cool game.

Yes, I remember well the ladders and Torgo clones scene. Or am I thinking of True Lies?
Not saying it's perfect, but when compared to Marty McFly dodging guys carrying window panes or Dutch fighting a Predator that does acrobatics when you shoot him this seems far more accurate.
I do remember the part where the pyramid blew up and he beat up all those homeless guys, and dodges the spiked metal balls. 👍
This game s far more accurate than the movie because no female has more than two.

I remember renting it as a kid and feeling the shame of a "rotten rental" for the weekend, and going outside for the rest of the Saturday & Sunday.
