There is white glove service (at least when I bought mine), but it is an additional cost and maybe it’s not available through Costco. I don’t regret paying for it though. They delivered it and set it all up fairly quickly and I did not have to deal with boxes. I believe I had to get rid of my previous couches however.

Hi, great question! We went with the standard fill for similar reasons to what you mentioned. It felt more supportive and comfortable. So far, we haven't been disappointed with our choice!
Thank you for posting this! We got the same bundle as you! We had a super hard time with getting the sides on, and to fully cover the insert. It took 3 tries to get most of the side grey insert covered by our taupe combed chenille covers, even then, the piping didn't go all the way to the end, and they were pulled so tight that the top part of the side foam cushions were indented! Did you have this issue as well? Really don't want to go through the warranty process if this is how it's suppose to fit. 😩
Hi! Thanks for stopping by! I will definitely say that it was a full body workout to get our covers on too. My fingers hurt by the end from pulling the fabric from the bottom onto the velcro strips. We had to redo a couple because the piping was crooked and there's no room for error! There is some indentation where the vertical piping on the backside of the covers meets the top horizontal piping. I didn't notice it until I went to check so I could respond to you, but I think that is normal. However, our piping does extend to the bottom of the cushion, or at least within probably a quarter of an inch of the bottom. If the lack of piping at the bottom is extremely noticeable, I would contact Lovesac. I hope I helped with your concerns!

I thought you only could do the deep arrangement with deep sides, but have you found a way to make one seat deep with the standard sides?
HI! Thank you! YES, one of the configurations you can do with the 4 seats and 5 sides is a deep seat for one cushion and then standard for the other two. We also enjoy the 'movie theatre' seats, which builds two seats next to each other in the deep seat configuration with an ottoman for each. I *think* you would need special sides if you wanted more than one cushion to be deep seated in a couch configuration. When I tried, the sides we have are too long. Hope that helps!
Nice video, we just bought a 6x6 and a Pillowsac I will say I do not think they make this product in the US. The custom covers are, but the sectional is made in South East Asia per their own public releases. Do you know when this changed? Thanks.
Michael Pharr you are correct, they are not made in the US! It was pointed out to me a few weeks ago. I must have misunderstood the sales person when I was making my purchase.🤦♀️

Hi thanks for your comment! When we were purchasing ours, only the standard bases were available (with the storage inside the underneath). BUT when we bought they hadn't released their top storage yet, so it's worth asking about if you make the trip to Costco. Sorry I couldn't be more help!

+Erika Buhrman It seems to be pretty pet friendly. We have it in a place where our dogs can’t get to it everyday, but our cat is always on it. The fabric is pretty thick and seems very durable. We haven’t had any issues yet. The machine washable covers will come in handy. Our dogs love the mud. 😂

Very customizable. You can get any fabric and any fill, but you'll have to pay extra for it. It didn't seem like the actual units are customizable either (like throwing in one extra side or something), but we didn't think to ask. Hope that helps!

Thank you! It is still in great shape as far as comfort and condition. We don't have any pilling or tearing on the chenille fabric. The sides and seats have held up well. However, we do have plans to purchase a 'deep side' in order to create a true deep seated couch configuration. We have been doing the 'movie theatre' seats, which worked fine but we are ready to switch it up. Kind of a bummer that we have to make an additional purchase so soon. That aside, we are still pretty happy with our purchase. Hope that helps!
How is the fabric doing with kids and pets? We like the tan version of what you got but we don’t want to throw it in the washer every week. Has your cat scratched at the fabric at all? We have the trifecta of furniture destruction (kid, dogs, cat) so I’m wondering if the color you got hides daily messes better.
@@stephanieo3068 with kids and pets it's great, but I will say the dogs aren't on the couch very often. Our hound x prefers the beanbag and it's held up to his digging around to get comfortable. Our cat lazes about on the couch but luckily hasn't tried to scratch it. The taupe color is perfect for hiding dirt and its easy to clean up pet hair with a lint remover. I mostly spot clean when possible, but I love having the option to wash! FYI, I am doing a year update video in a couple of weeks with all the pros and cons. Be sure to stay tuned for that!
Thank you - I just got the exact unit that you have except without all of the extras for about the same amount of money even thought it was 20% off and I'm a nurse so I got an extra 5% off. I really appreciate the recyled aspect that I didn't know before. It was HARD to put together - my hands are SO sore right now - because we did it yesterday. But I have to say that it did make me feel that I was part of the process of making the couch - I'm pulled into the architecture of it and appreciate the strength and good design. One of the downsides of going through the roadshow is that you cannot finance through LoveSac because it has to be rung up at the Costco register. On the plus side, I am pretty sure shipping was free!

Hi! You are testing my memory today. haha! I am pretty sure you could get any fill, but you had to pay extra. I don't remember if you could get any color or fabric they offer, but I feel like there were a lot of options. It felt pretty customizable if you were willing to pay for the upgrades (except for changing the number of seats/sides - we didn't ask to do that so I don't know if it's possible). It's been a few months so I hope I am remembering correctly. The storage seats weren't out at our time of purchase, so I am not sure if they would have been offered or not. Never hurts to ask. I did a comparison on the 6/8 with the Lovesac website, using the least expensive fabrics when the exact ones offered at Costco were not available. The website had a 25% off sale. At Costco I would pay $4800 and through the website, with sale prices $5430. So, the Costco is definately a savings if you want all the extras and not just the sectional.
When we did the math, I *think*it was approximately a 40% savings off of regular price. They regularly have sales, but we hadn’t found one that was cheaper than Costco when we made our purchase. Hope that helps!
With the standard fill, I’d say it’s like a 6 or 7 on a scale of 1-10. Not as comfortable as my bed, but does make up a reasonably comfortable place to sleep. 😁

Hi! We got the taupe combed chenille. We love it. It’s had minimal pilling (really no pilling so far), and has held up really well so far.
