After watching those AI 787 my mouth started watering🤤😅😂 excellent captured

Loved seeing the A340s! Didn't know they flew to Bombay!
Lufthansa still operates them, but it arrives and departs at night. The delay helped us to get them in daylight. 😃

luved Air Canada plane!!!

Meanwhile the 747 docked at the hanger in the distance, peeking everytime those planes took off. Quite a rare sight these days. Indeed, the queen of the skies!

Lufthansa's old livery anyday over the new one! ✨
Indeed!🎯💯
I was thinking why you were not uploading videos for a long time, This is very interesting and you have taken a lot of pain in giving each and every details about the flight indeed enjoyed it and hope you will make an videos of apron in the night with international flight which is very interesting truly very good and thanks.
Thank you so much. I try to focus on quality over quantity which is why it takes so much time to upload a new video. I have made many airside night spotting compilations, check them out if you haven't already.😃

Correct. My bad.😃
Great video bro! At 17:58 Air Canada's Captain, probably spots you through his binoculars! Sweet moment bro! You, the Captain and us watching the video here, bird lovers unite!! Aviation bird lovers, to be precise! 🙂 Great efforts as always! Keep them coming! God bless you bhaai!
You're right. Even the pilots are excited to spot us in action! Thank you for your kind words. 😃
Add flying time to destination also
Have already mentioned for some flights. Anyone needing more info can just Google the flight number.
Waited for a long time for your video, Vaibhav… Another fantastic plane spotting compilation 👏👏👏 I have a suggestion, you can do some light , ultralight aircraft and helicopter spotting at Juhu Airport in Mumbai… I’d love to see your talents from that location… Even I do planespotting, and have recently uploaded a compilation. Keep up the good work… You will certainly get a lot of subscribers, and get whatever you want in your life with your hard work. Your efforts can be seen…
Thank you so much for your kind words. Juhu spotting is on my wishlist.😃
@@Vaibhav_Shah Why don’t you spot there next? Juhu beach is a fantastic place for it…
@@shikharkeshari009 I don't have enough time to spot at Mumbai Airport which has so much traffic all day. Spotting at Juhu which sees barely a few movements every hour, Unless I get an inside access, I don't see it happening anytime soon sadly.
@@Vaibhav_Shah Okay… But I see helicopters taking-off nearly every ten-twenty minutes!
@@shikharkeshari009 see that is what. At Mumbai Airport, most times I spot for 10-15mins and get enough content for a 8-10min video. At juhu I will get one Chopper in 20mins. Will need to spend the whole day at the beach to get any meaningful content.
16:16 the cheatlines, the A.I window dressing , the red engines are missing
✅
What's interesting is that the AC Dreamliner in this video has the nose from it's newer livery. It is almost impossible to spot the black belly paint on the nose!
Interesting indeed!😃
2:49 Vistara A320 be taking a shortcut
Baby bro getting the priority. :)
There , Vaibhav you have a spotless "Spotting talent " . I always enjoy your videos . If the great spotter , Jimmy Wadia was alive today , he too would have appreciated your talent . I always regret not meeting him ever . Jarimari hillock is the best spotting place at Mumbai . Are there any A380 flights touching Mumbai nowadays ?Vaibhav are you based in Mumbai ?
Thank you so much for your kind words. Jimmy Wadia Sir was a legend. I admired his work a lot and would have loved to meet him too! Sadly never got that chance. He kept uploading his work literally for decades. He has captured Mumbai Airport like no one else. All of the current spotters combined cant match his work. I would have loved to hear his stories and experiences. I hope I can keep my passion for aviation alive for as long as he did.
Emirates and Singapore Airlines operate to Mumbai daily. And yes, I'm based in Mumbai.
@@Vaibhav_Shah Thanks Vaibhav for your reply . I too hold Sir Jimmy in a very high esteem. I think he had some right permission s to spot the airplanes , from inside the airport perimeter walls or from neat the tarmac . I am of the opinion that Mumbai airports may encourage spotters like you to cover the airport from inside , with special permissions or alloting some inside corners for Spotting. You deserve to be , right inside the airport . Hearty thanks for your Spotting videos , on behalf of Indian aviation lovers and all the best for your growing passion . I am 61 , retired . If luck permits , I may soon spot the spotter Vaibhav in action , right there at his karmabhoomi : mumbai airport . Bye .
I guess the rules and regulations weren't that strict during the 1900s. The airport wasn't so heavily barricaded back then either. This along with the dedication to spot planes was enough for Jimmy Sir to create beautiful photos. A dedicated spotting location in/out of the airport would be nice but it feels like a distant dream right now. I have to say that I have been very lucky to have photographed these aircraft multiple times from airside (check out my airside videos if you haven't already). Though it wasn't a walk in entry, I was privileged enough to get the invitation from the airport itself to shoot some photos. After spotting from both inside and outside, I feel that it is okay if the airport doesn't allow people inside. Security comes first and not everyone will understand the risks involved. So the safety of operations and people shouldn't be compromised. But the least they could do, is go easy on plane enthusiasts who are happy to spot these planes from the outside, but are harassed by the locals/cops who aren't aware about this hobby and how it can help the airport. Plane spotters can act as a watchful eye and can report any problems or anomalies. After photographing airplanes at Mumbai Airport for 12 years, all I want is to spot the airplanes in peace without worrying about the external problems. If we can achieve that, I would be very happy. :)
@@Vaibhav_Shah Right Vaibhav , security of men and machines is very important and CISF and the police is doing a very good job. In my childhood days , being a local boy from nearby kamani area , I used to sit on the airport compound wall , just about 7 ft.then , and watch the planes take off from RW 09/27 , some times even barely saving the " loose milk " bottle ( fresh from nearby tabela) from 747 jet blasts .Even the lone Mumbai airport terminal , without fence , allowed one to talk in a loud voice to the departing/arriving relatives . Wish we could retain those peaceful days forever . I am very happy to know that you were invited by the Airport authorities to cover the spotting area from airside , in recognition of your inborn Spotting passion and the skill , congrats to you .May your passion take you to greater and greater flt.levels and God's blessings be spot on with you .Bye .
What small explosion/smoke was that (at 14:05) near the runway on the grass patches (left-hand bottom side)?
Firecrackers to scare away birds flying close to the active runway/taxiway. 😃
Turkish Airlines❤❤❤
😃
Well done my friend…
Appreciate your immense patience whilst plane spotting !!
Oh , that Lufthansa to Frankfurt was a much delayed flight ✈️…
It’s during night and very early morning you get to see the International birds in Mumbai airport.
Thank you so much. Yes, Many International flights operate at night.😀
Skipped the Max-8 takeoff🥺. Out of the plethora of Neos the max definitely should’ve got some love.
Check out my other videos. I have captured many MAX 8s.
The current CSI airport could have been expanded to have two (west-east direction) parallel runways by removing all the hangers and housing structures on the south side of the airport while also expanding the terminal space on the north side along with closure of the secondary cross runway. Out of 3200 acres dedicated for the Navi Mumbai airport, about 1000 acres could have been dedicated for high tech industries, international conference centers, park space etc. The land sale proceeds could have been used to finance current CSI airport expansion while also getting government support. With about 2200 acres, Navi Mumbai airport still can have two 12,000 feet parallel runways which would also mean that the city would be serviced by two airports in the long run. Metro connectivity between the two airports would have made things even better. I think there was no strong political leadership to make those tough decisions. Dhanyavad
That should have been the case but unfortunately due to lack of vision, political will, real estate nexus and what not, that is far from reality. Even the 2nd arm of the current T2 is incomplete. I fear the NMIA will begin operations but there wont be enough connectivity to it. Metro projects should be completing along with it but sadly it will take many more years to finish it.
Thank you. I also forgot to mention. NMIA, in addition to having large passenger terminal, can have all the maintenance hangers besides accommodating, large cargo handling facility since there won't be much space left in CSI if another east-west parallel runway is built and current passenger terminals are expanded. Yes, noted about 2nd arm of current T2 still not completed even though the land required is pretty small I suppose. Nonetheless, if you see back-to-back aircrafts lined up for take off and landing on the single runway, it does not make sense to add more gates and passenger terminal capacity anyway. Dhanyavad!
Loved your comment on the nocturnal bird! LH757 has been a 0250/3 am departure since forever. First flew that flight back in 1998 on the B747-200 ! I wonder why that flight has been downgauged to an A340 though.
Thank you so much! Pre-covid this flight was operated by the 744/748i. I think the load factor was the issue after the pandemic. I love the 747 but I dont mind seeing the A340 (I love quad jets) Hope they keep rotating the aircraft from time to time though. Would love to spot the 748i in daylight! :)
@@Vaibhav_Shah Yep, we aviation geeks need the Quads. I have flown LH757 multiple times on the B747-200 and B747-400.
@@theacechip lucky you! I haven't flown on the queen yet! I hope you enjoyed your flights!😀

Was waiting for a 787-9 from Vistara. But I don't think so they fly from CSIA.
They dont, but I spotted the first flight of Vistara 787 to Mumbai. Check it out here - ruclips.net/video/mppS1YOIIWU/видео.html
Did you catch the Air Canada 787-9 skipper take his SLR out and grab a couple of photos of you guys at @ 17.59? Also Lufthansa A340-300 comments about "slow and steady climb" made me laugh ..... they do that because they only have four underpowered "hairdryers" powering them, and any higher angle of attack they would stall and fall out the sky!
I think the AC skipper took some photos with his phone (not that rare to see). Believe it or not, I had originally thought of saying something about the hairdryers. But then I thought it might rattle some Pilots and AMEs, so I changed it.😉
