They only kissed once in the anime, they kissed 8 times so far in the manga. But the pool kiss was the real one and the last part kyohei was sick he simply fell onto her shoulder they didn't kiss. But if you wanna watch a certain episode type into the google search bar list of wallflower episodes click on Wikipedia and it has a description of all episodes and you can find what you're looking for, watch it in kissanime or gogoanime. But kissanime has nearly every anime so I recommend that one more. You're welcome
