    Beef yakhni recipe
    Cooking oil half cup
    Gingr and garlic paste: 2 table spoon
    Saute for five minutes
    Add: 1 kg beef
    Mix well for 5 minutes on high flame
    Add 3 glasswater
    Black paper 5 to 6
    Clove 2 to 3
    Green cardamon 3
    Black cardamon 1
    Cinamon stick 1 to 2 inch
    Red chilli flakes 1 table spoon
    Mix it well 5 minute on high flame then cook on low flame 2.5 hour until meat tender.
    Then add
    Tommato 2 medium size
    Coriender leaf. half bunch
    Mint leaf half bunch
    Green chilli 4 to 5
    1 cup oil
    Cumin seeds 3 table spoon
    Coriander seed 1 table spoon
    Black paper 7 to 8
    Clove 5
    Green cardamon 3 to 4
    Black cardamon 2
    Star anis 2
    Bay leaf 1
    Red chilli 3 table spoon
    Cinomon 2 inch
    Salt as per your taste
    Dry plum 3 to 4
    Mix it well on high flame 5 minutes
    Then add
    Boiled Beef
    Water 1 glass
    Beef yakhni 1 glass
    Biryani essence
    Soaked rice 15 to 29 minute then add 1 kg rice
    Cooked on high flame 5 minutes
    Then cooked low flame 20 minute
    Add food color fried onion
    Biryan ready to serve
