“That’s my biggest problem with radio, none of these guys are real! So anyway, sometime after I worked for the Mob, I got into a fist fight underwater.”

He does this mostly by referring to opies youth as a caddy, in which he either encountered an Italian and opie decided the man was in the mob, or none of it ever happened... and his claims to physically impossible tasks
Opie's initial story of " yeah, I caddy'd at a golf course for some Mafia guys " is 100% believable, I mean, they're in NY, he was growing up in the 80s, pretty much any New Yorker from the 50s-90s has multiple mob related stories But then he did the whole " yeah, no, I did some stuff for the mob, I can't talk about it " and that's where the LARP comes in
@@johnclay2716He used to constantly reference the Philly crew and make out like he hung out with them and could get them to beat people for him. He's the loser at school trying hard to be cool and connected. He's the guy who had the hot girlfriend who goes to another school that nobody has ever seen.
These early Jocktober clips are riddled with the same Homer clips audio clips and unfunny bleep games because Opie was afraid there had been too many consecutive days of boring Joctober shows and was desperately trying to pump it up. But still totally worth it for Ant and Jim's comments. Wouldn't be so bad if he would let the bad clips play at least once before peppering in all the sound effects.

Can you time stamp when this was said? I couldn’t find it

Great set of pipes on this guy. For all the radio voices out there, this one really sounds professional
Looks like Opie and Jimmy in an alternate reality
This would be a perfect massive playlist. I've never seen most of these people, and it adds allot

“I hope 530 is a penal code for something horrible” lol!!
It looks like Nick Dipaolo in 2023 with a Jimmy who finally comes out of the closet.
Sounded more like Charles Manson than Mr. Burns
Sam sounds like my snot nosed 12 year old nephew in this clip.

A man Scott Peterson calls for marriage counseling…
All the Jocks featured on this “Jocktobe” thing are more entertaining than Opie and Anthony.
That's just not true 😂
