Lechon normally salty coz it's not eaten by itself its normally paired with a dipping sauce or rice and the saltiness will be neutralize. But it's still good to see you all enjoy the food on the table and a good laugh with the people you shared the food with.

Lechon is seasoned by opening the belly then putting aromatics and seasoning. Then the belly is sewn shut and the pig is roasted over hot charcoal and while cooking, it is brushed/basted with soy sauce or evaporated milk (depends on the one who's cooking) to make the skin crispy. Some even prick the skin to make sure it will get crispy. They dont inject the seasoning in the body since it will make holes and all the meat juices will leak making the meat dry and the skin not crispy. Glad all of you enjoyed lechon baboy! 💖

ryan is adventurous and good in describing food. I’m surprised he can tell that pig’s brain can be used as a spread on bread, because that’s exactly how it is for some, a pâté. In fact, there’s a delicacy in Cebu like that - tuslob buwa - made of pork liver and brain, where you dip the rice and eat. Like a liver spread.

I watched this vlog last night before sleeping, and I had a VERYYY hilarious dream!! 😭🤣 In my dream, we were having a feast with my fam and we have a whole hot and crispy lechon on the table. Very same with what's in the vlog 🤣 later on, the lechon suddenly moves, stands up and walks!! 😭 I was sooo confused bcs why would the lechon walk?? well i guess tzuyang coming to the ph would be quite impossible to happen sooner or later. she just had a recent issue of racism against filipinos. she collaborated with a comedian, who is a korean woman but plays a persona of a filipina immigrant in one of her mukbang videos that has then been deleted. the korean comedian used stereotypes against filipina immigrants and made fun of them for the sake of comedy. filipino viewers, as I, felt disappointed to the youtuber for enabling such acts in her own content. she has then apologized regarding the issue, however apology is not enough unless she has reflected on her own actions. imo, she doesn't need to create another video connecting to filipinos/filipino food sooner or even later.

I watched this vlog last night before sleeping, and I had a VERYYY hilarious dream!! 😭🤣 In my dream, we were having a feast with my fam and we have a whole hot and crispy lechon on the table. Very same with what's in the vlog 🤣 later on, the lechon suddenly moves, stands up and walks!! 😭 I was sooo confused bcs why would the lechon walk?? It's already cooked and it doesn't have guts anymore and it's crispy!! 😭🤣 I was the only one shocked in my family by what happened, and so my cousin then said in my dream that it really happens sometimes mostly if the pig is from the bukid (mountain, farm). It was sooo hilarious and confusing dream. 🤣
I really can't eat pork for the time being now hahahaha, I ate vegetables for my breakfast today 😆

well i guess tzuyang coming to the ph would be quite impossible to happen sooner or later. she just had a recent issue of racism against filipinos. she collaborated with a comedian, who is a korean woman but plays a persona of a filipina immigrant in one of her mukbang videos that has then been deleted. the korean comedian used stereotypes against filipina immigrants and made fun of them for the sake of comedy.
filipino viewers, as I, felt disappointed to the youtuber for enabling such acts in her own content. she has then apologized regarding the issue, however apology is not enough unless she has reflected on her own actions. imo, she doesn't need to create another video connecting to filipinos/filipino food sooner or even later.
