    This is a powerful but simple inverter, it does not use IC. It uses self-oscillating ZVS circuit. with 12 mosfet IRF3205, it has a peak power of 1500W at 12V. Pulse transformer is EE55. Primary level 2 + 2 turns, 10mm litz wire. secondary 50 turn litz wire 1mm. Litz wire will prevent skin effect. Increases power and performance, it works at a frequency of about 15Khz. No load current 0.15A @ 12V. However, it is not as stable as using IC SG3525, TL494, it is also unstable. You can use it as a circuit to stun fish or combine with 310V to 220V H- bridge. I will make that circuit into the next video.

    How can you ensure that all litz wires are soldered together (at the ends of the wire)?

      You have to strip each wire individually so that you can solder them all

    Wouldn’t that short out? When you wrapped the wires around multiple times in the secondary all the turns were touching. Doesn’t it need to be enameled and not bare wire?

    این مدار ولتاژ دوازده ولت افزایش می دهد در نتیجه امپر کاهش پیدا می کند هر چند امپر باتری نیز برای جوشکاری کافی نیست بنابراین با این مدار ساخته شده نمی توان جوشکاری کرد😅😅😅

      The electrode melts because of the high voltage arc not because of directly shorting the terminals

      it's a zvs driver. it doesn't need an oscillator ic for the pwm.

      biến áp tivi 21'' thì ít nhất phải 3x3 vì 2x2 nóng biến áp lắm, và mình hay lấy 2 biến áp ghép lại chứ không mài

    you're using bare uninsulated copper wires, when they touch they create a short, transformers use magnet wires which are coated with varnish to eliminate shorting the wires, how is it that yours is not shorting out, also, with 12 volts you would have to have a very large current flowing , AND, for a transformer to work, you have to give AC power to its primary windings, you have a red wire coming to transformer and the black wire to a bunch of mosfets which are all wired the same and two wires going from the gates of both sides to the transformer, what kind of a circuit is this?.......I know, it's called click bait. good job

      a mi no me convence todavía aun mira bien cuando pone el fundente los dos trozos están bien limpio y cuando están en el piso ya están soldados asi que por mucha chispa eque se ve le falta amperaje para para fundir dos metales solo observa bien

      Do you know "transformer wire"? It is wire with thin insulation layer, so the wire will be not conducted each other.
