The one who's going to draw a card but draws nothing will lose. If you activate cards that can let you draw card like Pot of Greed etc. and you don't have a card to draw you will instantly lose. So it's just about who's going to draw first but don't have a card will lose.

That was my favorite as a kid I remember starting out with dragons then trying to make an archfiend deck I duel this guy who made a deck with needle worms flip effects making me run out of cards. All my cards were going to the graveyard. MY MIND WAS BLOWN didn't knw i could even make a deck like that so I copy it with my own twist aaaa good times
