Those really light candle holders are super light and so easy to be knocked over! I purchased a small tub of ready mix cement at Home Depot, filled the bottom full of cement; It's so easy to use and dries relatively fast. After it drys, I glued some craft foam to the bottom of the project, so the cement doesn't scratch my tables. I've also used the cement at the bottom of a light container or light basket. I put a piece of flower foam in the container or basket, and then I surround the foam with cement; I've also used filler, like gravel, to add to the weight; if the basket has gaps, I line the bottom with some plastic bag.
My Sunflowers usually start blooming at the end of June first of July. You see them in fall a lot because people do a 2nd planting for another harvest that's usually ready in fall.
I LOVE Fetch Rewards! Just last month I got a $50.00 Amazon card! I ended up getting a set of wood rounds and squares (50 of each) & 2 sets of Christmas stencils. I'm going to share a table at a Craft Fair. I am planning on making Christmas Ornaments! Wish me luck!
I'm also one of your faithful followers that had came across your page and have been following your page for awhile now. Keep on crafting from one crafter to another.
The pool noodle knife is also great in the kitchen! Metal knives can make brown marks if you cut celery, lettuce, or whatever, while plastic doesn't do that. For years I've had a plastic knife made by Tupperware, so I'm glad to have a new one.
Just an FYI if you put melted wax into your dough bowl you will "ruin" it, because it's a poreous surface so you'll never ever be able to use it for anything but a candle again. But that doesn't necessarily mean it's ruined depending on how you look at it! If you do decide to go forward with the candle idea just make sure not to get any drips or spills on the part of the bowl that isn't going to have the wax in it because it will "stain" the wood and any spots or drips will always appear wet forever! I would actually suggest taping off any part of the wood that isn't going to have wax directly on it. I love the dough bowl candle look though, definitely adds a lux feel to a home, good luck! 🕯️🕯️🕯️
Okaaaaaay moooom! Sheesh. Gwuall... I wasn't really gonna do that thing with the bowl and the wax and the dough and the loaf of bread 🍞! Sheesh. Gwuall. Just teasin'! I'm the exact same! Hahaha! Take Care. 👍🤟🦄
Skip the felt and rocks on the candlestick bottom. Just turn them upside down and fill with plaster of paris or modeling clay. Makes them good and heavu/
I totally used the wood transfer on the wood crate! (I was inspired as well by the back of the packages!) I painted the crates in the color to match the transfer "grey" color. Then, I glued two crates together and applied the transfer to the front. I sandpapered the edges to blend it. I made one of these for Halloween and placed the green flower foam inside the crate (cut to size) and hot glued the little purple and orange sparkly pumpkins and a few polka dotted ones to the green foam. Then filled in the spaces with the little foam skulls (I blacked in the eyes, nose and mouths). I applied one of those metal "spooky"'s on the front left of the crate over the transfer paper (I painted the metal orange to match pumpkins) and placed a painted white ghost ornament on the right. I also did one for Fall. Filled that one with the little fabric tiny pumpkins and some pieces of acorns and those foam tiny ball things from flowers I had. I placed some leaves around the back and sides inside the crate to fill the rest of the space. One the front I used two pumpkin wood ornaments that I painted to look like pumpkins and the little wood letters that say "Farm Fresh". I love the little transfers!
I’ve once scanned too many receipts of Fetch! I had to wait 24 hrs to enter another one in. 😂 I am also a manager at Dollar Tree and we don’t have half of what you hauled today! I’m jealous!!!
Are some products sold at Dollar Tree in such limited supply that they are in only a few stores? Our local one is very small and doesn't have some of the things Jamie shows us, especially the "plus" items. However, I find some oddball things that are high end brands at times. I've bought the best cat toys that my rambunctious kitty is crazy about that are high quality. They are really thick felt with a plastic ball inside which contains a jingle bell (so it's safe). It's made of organic New Zealand wool and handmade in Nepal. I'm sure these would be expensive at a pet store. My cat goes bonkers for these, works for hours tearing them up with his back claws trying to dis-em-bell them. When he finally gets that bell, he's so proud he brings it to me. They are messy because the wool comes apart into fluffs, but my floors are hard so they're easy to clean up. It's worth it because it makes my silly boy so happy. I need to buy a dozen more to replace each one he "kills". It satisfies his prey instinct.
I just stock part time at DT.. We have had about 90% of his haul today, the other 10% I have seen at a larger DT close by… We got the tiered trays last week and before I even seen them a woman bought the entire box!!! It was the first truck I’ve missed in months.. I am hoping to either get more or find them somewhere!! We had cute metal ones out in the spring, they came with Easter DTP.. It’s hard working there and being a crafter!!! But the local crafters usually know that if they can’t find it, I will find it for them:)..
Sunflowers are great ALL year round. They are a happy to look at flower. My favorite flower color is yellow because it's so bright. Thanks for your help showing us lots of things!
I would take the candle holders ,paint them white ,put red candle in them.Take a Christmas garland from dollar tree wrap around the candle holders.I think you would have a nice inexpensive easy deco.
Jamie your smile warms my heart every time as well as your bubbly personality I sure needed a shot of today I am dealing with grief over my best friend of 30 years. So thank you for the smiles and your sweet spirit that shines though the camera. *Great haul* you found some awesome things! I wish DOLLAR TREE would put the plus section in all their stores, Utah does not have any..... Thanks for being so awesome! Love ya! 🙂
Those lightweight candle sticks can be super glued to wood buttons painted black and if the wood is wider and square it will give weight and balance to them.
U R the man. U crack me up always. I've lost myself since I got in a bad car wreck. When I watch your video, U give me such a lift🌞U R a very special person. I'm glad U share yourself and your HUMOR. T U
First thing I thought of when I saw the flower candle holders was Lotus Blossoms. I didn’t think of poinsettia until you mentioned it. Great to get different ideas from different people
Thank you for sharing your finds! Also, thank you for sharing your positivity and creative energy 😊 Congratulations on the "new" car! You probably already know that SUV's make shopping hauls so much easier.
just wanted to say THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH. I have been struggling with loads of health issues. Watching your videos really make me happy. You have a great personality. congrats on your NEW TO YOU car.
Wow! Dollar Tree is loaded with goodies! I too use Fetch! I use my points for a Visa card on Amazon for Christmas! Loved the video! I love to see what a guy comes up with!! You never disappoint! Thanks!
QUICK TIP for the black metal candle holders. Turn them upside down and "secure" them as needed to prevent shifting or movement. Mix up a small batch of Plaster of Paris, and carefully pour into the upturned BOTTOM of the candle holders. I have used this technique before with other candlesticks.
Nice haul! I bought a tiered tray like that at Target dollar spot for $3.00 about 3 yrs ago! Love tiered tray decorating!! Have a great weekend and share your new career soon!👍😘
Sun flowers are mostly a summer thing but can grow till October or so depending on the state or part of the world ur in, they don't do well In winter and cold. I'm in Florida I've always done well planting them in spring and watching then pop up and grow in summer:)
Jamie you asked about SUNFLOWERS...They grow in SPRING & Summer and follow the sun...Mums grow in Fall and Poinsettias are Winter flowers...LOOOOVE YOU JAMIE...yes I was yelling it...you are amazing!
Titebond, Titebond II and even Gorilla wood glue at any big box home store or even Walmart. The bond is usually stronger then the wood when trying to break it. Usually very inexpensive in decent sizes
The lightweight metal candle holders! How about a magnet in the bottom, with some metal washers stuck to it? They'll stay in place and add weight at the same time.
Lol yes there’s a weekly limit of the # of receipts you can scan. It’s either 45-50. Two of my boys are constantly buying drinks at work so they get a receipt each time. Instead of a tip jar I have a receipt jar on my desk lol. Also you can attach your email and Amazon account to fetch and get points that way.
Wow! You found some great things!! I love the wood rub-ons, the pool noodle knife, and the metal flakes! I will have to make my way to the larger Dollar Tree as my little one doesn't have this.
Oh honey, I feel so good when I watch your videos! I love to diy everything, but it’s all about you and your positive fun energy! Keep up the good work! I am totally in love with you or maybe it’s an addiction! Hahaha ❤️🤟🏼😃🤷🏼♀️💓🥰😍
On the channel-K is for Karen- she compared the tier tray from Target to the DT tier tray and the DT tray was a better quality and bigger. I hope I can find one. 🎃. Congrats on the new car. -I got my Moms old van and she got a new one. We actually did that twice in the last 20 years. Great to get a car that you know was taken care of !! 😎
The " wood grain" transfers or planks : I would not pit the on wood. Instead stick the on foam board to look like wood or to cover the backs and sides of those plastic crates. Lol🤗 Always enjoy you videos and upbeat personality. Thanks
Congratulations 🎊 on getting a new vehicle. What nice finds. You have shown items that I haven't seen on other hauls I have watched. I seen Jenny Mowen, haul on the new Christmas ornaments and they are beautiful. Thanks for sharing your haul with us and may you have a Blessed evening.
LOL. I saw a video on one of the DIYers that I follow and in just 2 1/2 months I have spent enough to get $35 in Amazon cards. Love using Fetch rewards!
Great haul Jamie! Congrats on your new car! I love that they finally came out with the knife for pool noodles, plus the fantastic tiered tray. What a fantastic find! Thanks again Jamie for all the super ideas.
Since signing up under you I have cashed out for an Amazon $10 gift card and now already have over 17K RP. I'm going for the Amazon $50 gift card. Thank you for letting us know about Fetch Rewards!
Great Dollar Tree haul. I have to look for some of these items. Recently I putchased the pool noodle knife and the burlap, which I used to wrap on a wreath that I made, and I absolutely love it. Thanks for sharing. Until your next video.
Jamie, I love the Christmas ornaments you got, and the $5 tiered tray was a real steal, especially considering what I paid for one at Hobby Lobby!!! You got some really good items. I hope when I go to the big $ Tree not too far from my home on Monday that I run across some of the items you were able to find. Wish me luck!
Hi I am having trouble with your sound on the video, there's a sound that sounds like bells jingling. I am still watching until the end because I like how real you are. Thanks
Sunflowers bloom from Mid-July to Mid-September, so yes, they are a summer flower. They do seem to go with fall decor, but that could be because they are harvest close to the beginning of fall. Having and SUV will allow even larger DT hauls! Yay! You need to be careful putting moons around your neck. We wouldn't want you injured.
Congrats on finding the silicone makeup thingy. Another repurposed item to watch for is the nail polish holder. It works for putting small pieces in when weeding vinyl.
with Fetch Rewards it is about 4 receipts daily for 7 days. If you do reach 35 receipts in the amount of 7 days you will be told when you can resume scanning receipts.
The wood grain rub on transfers are beautiful. Ive used them few times n look like real wood grain. You got some great stuff. Have u got the fairy light bottles( clear, yellow n orange) the corklike cap can be used on different size bottles. Ive seen most the other items though.
That silicone spatula also works great for spreading paint over silk screens. You just need to trim the edge first because the spatula has a slight curve
I just wanted to let you know that quite a while back I saw a comparison of batteries and the final outcome was basically that in the long run Dollar tree batteries are a better bargain even if you have to buy more than one of a competitors battery for the same amount of time that it works. Dollar tree batteries still end up being cheaper.
We have wild sunflowers in our backyard that we leave for the birds, and what I noticed is they bloom in the summer and go dormant in the winter. So maybe summer flowers?? But I always associate them with fall too
I love fetch. I have redeemed enough points for a $100 worth of gift cards for Amazon (2-$50). I'm using them for Christmas this year. I used them for Christmas last year as well... I love fetch. Great finds! I hope a Dollar Tree Plus soon comes to a store around me.
9:40 Whitewash stickers. LOVE for my glass kitchen canisters.❤ POOL NOODLES! Can't get enuf. A noodle cutter? I use my hot knife. But yes, clever marketing strategy for DT. Fetch Rewards? I was just about to throw a TON of receipts. COOL. Happy I stumbled upon ur channel. Ty ❤

Thank you Marie!! Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!
Sunflowers germinate in spring, then grow through summer until the first frost in fall.
The pool noodle knife is also great in the kitchen! Metal knives can make brown marks if you cut celery, lettuce, or whatever, while plastic doesn't do that. For years I've had a plastic knife made by Tupperware, so I'm glad to have a new one.
Yes. Im looking for one for the kitchen.
Yes! They've been sold as "lettuce knives" for like 20+ years!
@@Ohwhale79 I bought 1 on amazon about 2 months ago
That’s awesome, I never knew that! Can’t wait to find them now! Thanks Teri!
@@Ohwhale79 yes they are.
Happy!! You've found some great stuff at a bargain price. I think you can use it for decoration.

Make a DIY mini “VILLAGE OR NATIVITY SCENE” with those small Christmas pine trees 😊

Sorry to say the plastic lined burlap bag is not iron on vinyl friendly. It just can't take the heat. Stenciling would work though. Great finds.

You can put Sand in the bottom of the candlestick holder
I got the candle holders and put taped candles in them it holders them great. Fantastic Haul THE tier tray is a good size for only 5 dollars
First thing I thought of when I saw the flower candle holders was Lotus Blossoms. I didn’t think of poinsettia until you mentioned it. Great to get different ideas from different people
Dude! Could you rub the wood transfer into plastic storage boxes?! Under bed storage just got interesting!!
The rub on transfers work on all surfaces wood, plastic, glass n paper!
Jamie you always find the greatest stuff. I wish I had access to a Dollar Tree Plus. As always you put a smile on face. God Bless
My DT stores just have a couple of aisles that highlighted as Dollar Tree Plus, the rest of the store is $1.25
Sunflowers Grow all summer. Get harvested in fall.❤
I got burlap last fall. Love floating candles too!❤️🧡
Thank you for sharing your finds! Also, thank you for sharing your positivity and creative energy 😊 Congratulations on the "new" car! You probably already know that SUV's make shopping hauls so much easier.
Riiiight hehehe, I’m not mad :)
Oooh I'm gonna go get 9 of the candle holders and create a large menorah for my son for Hannukah! He loves celebrating it with his grandmother ❤️😁
just wanted to say THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH. I have been struggling with loads of health issues. Watching your videos really make me happy. You have a great personality. congrats on your NEW TO YOU car.
Sunflowers are beautiful during summer, not usually ready to eat till fall

i found the brookstone 2 piece with the tweeters but they didn’t work to well . yesterday i did find the 3 piece 😃 thanks for sharing your haul!
Fyi, silicone mask applicator is great for epoxy resin, to spread or swirl colors/glitter! ❤ your channel, such a fun vibe!
Thank you!!!!!
Jamie-Love these items & hope I can find them at my Dollar Tree. The $5 tier tray is my new obsession!
Have been using the silicone mask applicator with hot glue for a couple of years and haven't burned myself since! Great find.
I decoupaged the half moon and used it as permanent wall decor. Can’t wait to try and find the tiered tray.
Hi! I live in Oklahoma and my sunflowers are gone now. We plant them In the garden to attract bees.
The lily candle holders as a poinsettia would be great with the red tea light battery candles they sell.
I like the pumpkin candle holders those are so nice I think I saw them at my Dollar tree
I wish I was your neighbor. Your always giving your great DIYs to them. Love your shirt!
Jamie you asked about SUNFLOWERS...They grow in SPRING & Summer and follow the sun...Mums grow in Fall and Poinsettias are Winter flowers...LOOOOVE YOU JAMIE...yes I was yelling it...you are amazing!
Glue the candlesticks to a tile individually or get a larger one for s group. The home improvement stores have tons of options.
The tapered candles are called t-ay-pered. It's easy to remember because they go from thick to thin which is a taper (t-ay-per)
I SOOO WISH U were my neighbor. U t a fun loving man. I crack me up always. Really look forward to watching U. U actually bring me out of my lows.
Lord I just adore you, I so enjoy watching you. And how excited you get.
🎃. The " wood grain" transfers or planks
: I would not pit the on wood. Instead stick the on foam board to look like wood or to cover the backs and sides of those plastic crates. Lol🤗 Always enjoy you videos and upbeat personality. Thanks
You can use the orange lights to use for faux fire places to give a fire like glow. I love those new metal candle sticks, they look highend.
Amazon has silicone brushes. For those candle sticks, glue floral glass beads to the base
You could cut the candles a little shorter so they are not so top heavy😊
I bought the tier tray! It is beautiful! Can't believe it was $5!
The blue buckets you could also paint red or white and put snowballs 5 cents. And use the DT foam balls as the snowballs.
Those metal candle holders...pour a little liguid cement in the bottom of the holders and that would add the weight you need!
Ty..Your😍😍 enthusiasm is Contagious 😍
I love the truck on the shelf behind you.
Before you put the wax in your dough bowl, line it with foil. Once it's set, peel the foil off. That way the wax won't soak into the wood.
Since signing up under you I have cashed out for an Amazon $10 gift card and now already have over 17K RP. I'm going for the Amazon $50 gift card. Thank you for letting us know about Fetch Rewards!
I bought 2 of those trays. They are huge and beautiful!!
Great Dollar Tree haul. I have to look for some of these items. Recently I putchased the pool noodle knife and the burlap, which I used to wrap on a wreath that I made, and I absolutely love it. Thanks for sharing. Until your next video.

Sunflowers plant in Spring and end the end of July early August so yes, a Summer flower 🌻 🌻 🌻
I have been avoiding Dollar Tree because I have been driving my husband crazy. I’m going to sneak over there to see if they have one. 😂😂😂
If you cut the wood transfers just right you can combine them to look like inlay
Jamie, you find the best things, love your hauls!
Congrats on finding the silicone makeup thingy. Another repurposed item to watch for is the nail polish holder. It works for putting small pieces in when weeding vinyl.
I think the flowers on that cute Summer sign might be Black Eyed Susans maybe? They certainly do look like Sunflowers!
with Fetch Rewards it is about 4 receipts daily for 7 days. If you do reach 35 receipts in the amount of 7 days you will be told when you can resume scanning receipts.

Sunflowers grow in summer and bloom in July and August
You can use it to modge podge to . I see a crafter use it . The wood glue is awesome
I love fetch. I have redeemed enough points for a $100 worth of gift cards for Amazon (2-$50). I'm using them for Christmas this year. I used them for Christmas last year as well... I love fetch. Great finds! I hope a Dollar Tree Plus soon comes to a store around me.
I saw the same silicone applicators sold at Michaels in for like three dollars 😮. I’m so happy I bought mine at dollar tree😊
