Morals of the stories: 1. If you hear constant noises in your room, dammit investigate properly. 2. Don't deal with duplex houses. 3. Don't break into abandoned buildings even during quarantine, play games instead.

Also, according to the NHS(UK), sleepwalkers only partially respond to orders from other people, or they murmur things, so basically when the guy told Jose to stop, he wouldn't have stopped if he was sleep walking DEBUNKED!!, JOSE IS A LIAR
