Students belongs to other states than Chhattisgarh can take IGKV-CET exam for M.Sc(Ag) or not????

No students with domacile of other states are not eligible to take admission through IGKV - CET , but can definitely can take admission through ICAR-JRF exam.

well there is also NOT in the question ..
please go through the question again
it says which of these do no show hypogeal germination-
and you answerd it , The above three i.e, Maize,Gram and peas shows Hypogeal germination .
While the Cotton shows epigeal germination i.e, not hypogeal germination.
