Please note, that while shorter routes May have a higher income per kilometer, you have to load/unload more frequently. This costs time in which you can not earn money.
There is a way in ETS2MP, where when you select the option to make a custom job, with a HCT trailer from Helsinki to Travelmünde(?) with your load being explosives you can get 180.000€+. Because in ETS2MP time doesn’t pass when you are on boats or sleeping, you can take the boat which costs only about 2.000€ and get the 180.000€ in about 10 minutes in real time.
After putting about 3000 hours in ETS 2 , and getting to the point where I can say I have infinite money as I have purchased all the garages and hired all the available drivers , filled them with fully tunned trucks and trailers , I started playing ATS just for the fun of Christmas event and to compare American vs European truck behaviour in snow. I have the game for few years , but I think I've completed a single delivery up until this point in it , as at the time I founded the map to be very small comparing it with ETS 2 base map. So having not played , I didn't have any trucks , garages or drivers and I found it quite hard to start from 0 , borrowing money from the bank , having the tunning parts locked , not being able to buy trailers etc. when in ETS I can afford anything. 😅
Don't tell me that's not fun to start from scratch again. Idk if you have all DLC maps from ATS, but believe me, this map is also quite large, with as much beautiful sceneries as ETS. Have fun trying American trucks ahah. I'm currently passing my truck driver license, and I'm still switching between ETS and ATS, even if I'm mostly playing ETS :)
@@qwatzyll2783 I don't say it's not fun , it's just weird from having billions without mods or cheating to having 0 or even -. In ATS I have only the interior tunning pack (I bought it for the phone/GPS) and the wheel tunning pack (I don't recall buying it but it says it's in library). In ETS I have all the DLC's maps except Balkans , I have all the tunning packs , Krone Trailers , Schwarzmueller trailers , Feldbinder trailers , the heavy and special transports. Good luck with your license. 😁
@@MilanTrucker yes , that's true. And I think the ownable trailers help also because from what I've seen same load for similar distance is paid better if I'm with my trailer. At the time when I started the profile they weren't introduced yet.
Though I earn and take deliveries in a different way, usually I start picking up jobs in the point of origin, then taking couple more jobs, then I pick up the last load back to where I started as I don't take long jobs often (sometimes I take one). I got millions of cash in my profile though. 😎👍🚛
Great video. I prefer to pick cargo which the price around 10.000 - 20.000 Euro, because it's considered medium distance trip. For Truck, to be fair i am Actros Fan, but sometimes I started to owning truck by buying MAN TGX.
What worked the best for me was buying my own chemical tanker. IRL I haul chemical tanker containers but in the game I prefer chemical tanker trailers. I had a lot of fun before I accidentally deleted my save lol
even with all these tips it takes ages to progress from scratch. :D I'm new to the game, I have probably less than 50h of gameplay, 9 hired drivers but still the earnings are quite low, most of the earnings are from my own jobs. it's still satisfying and fun but definitely not an easy way of getting rich quick. :D
How can I use garage money to upgrade the number of the trucks? Or, for what shoud I gagne money with my garage If I make all the maintenances in service. Also, for buying new trucks I need to go to the bank ? It is very unplaisant this game ...
Don't, i repeat DO NOT give your drivers a used truck. You can though, but after their first journey they repair it to the fullest, costing you A LOT of money.
@@craigr07572 for hired drivers? Yes. For yourself you can use the usud truck market. I would save up for the cheapest volvo or scania and but it at a dealer brand new, but thats personal
@@craigr07572 yes, ive got about 200 trucks for my drivers, and i always buy the same truck, which is the man tgx (the new one) for 107k. previously i was buying iveco stralis but ever since they went offsale, ive been buying the tgx as it is the cheapest truck in the game. always buy brand new is my advice, because when you give your drivers a new truck, they have a truck with 0 kms, and no damage, while if i save money and buy a used truck that has substantial damage, my drivers will either not drive my truck or they will repair the truck fully, leaving me with a much more expensive truck in the end, compared to me just buying the cheapest new truck available
The economy is way to unrealistic in this game and earning money is way to easy. You have to be extremely bad if you can´t make it in ETS/ATS. I drive with a hard economy mod and it´s still to easy! And it´s a truck driving game and not a simulator! If you ever drove a real truck, you know this.
@@dbclass4075 exactly! Take quick jobs that pay well upgrade skills like long distance and hazardous cargoes. Try out different trucks doing quick jobs. Earn the money, not borrow it, get the truck you think is best. Drive
Hey Milan, did you know about the Paymod from Damian? ETS2 Graphic Mod..would like if you support this amazing mod. Comparsion video would be nice too.
Yeah you will have millions in no time, won’t care anymore about fines and damage as you can pay them like a bag of peanuts. And in no time you will lose interest in the game. My tip: on the contrary, install a real economy mod and don’t play with AI drivers. The game will be way more difficult and you will have to be careful to avoid fines and damage.
You can turn off fine and fatigue simulation. I don’t see the point of turning them on. Unless you play MP or under restrictions like Trucky Hardcore or stuff like that. But I don’t feel it enhancing the experiences, it annoys the f out of me because of stupid AI and 1:19 map scale.
Use cheat engine 😂. I wanna enjoy the game at it's fullest in terms of goods that I can haul, units I wanna try and customization. Don't see the point of spending real $ on the game and dlc's but not being able to use them because they're locked behind lvl and in game currency.
Please note, that while shorter routes May have a higher income per kilometer, you have to load/unload more frequently. This costs time in which you can not earn money.
Good point!
Especially if the routes are not on the highway. Higher speeds will make longer routes more feasible.
Yes, but if you think about it, more unloads= 90xp/40xp more frequently
